There is no issue with using unemployment if you are eligible. That won't be held against you.

That said, there is the possibility that the IO will ask about current employment, which may raise concerns about the I-864 or public charge concern.
The existing I-864 remains valid, but if they request a new one, it can only be completed using current information as of the time you submit it.
