I GOT CC TODAY!!
1st Scan Date: May 8 2017 Checklist: July 1st 2017 2nd Scan Date: July 11th 2017 At Review Department: August 9th 2017 CC: August 15 2017  After I knew it was under review, I started calling daily, and I got the good news today through the phone!!
I am extremely excited as it's been 2 years of pain and frustration in my relationship, though this experience definitely made us stronger!
This forum have been helping me out a lot, thanks everyone, even if I haven't been actually posting( Just 1:P), but I was reading almost every single question and answer, even though I have a lawyer!!

Unfortunately the clock starts again when you submit the required documents from a checklist. It's not like being at the grocery store checkout and realizing you forgot milk and they hold your place while you run back and grab it. You go to the back of the line again and start waiting again. It's very frustrating but you're closer to the end than you are to the start. Keep the faith. It'll be over soon. 

The best estimate is 9-11 weeks after your last scan. I don't think there is any significance to their statement about a case being sent to the review department.........I am speaking from experience.  We received a checklist on Jan 13th for a missing document.  We finally received the case complete email on April 10th.
