Didn't ask though, but they said something like they already received it but has not yet inputted into the system. I guess yours will be available this week! <3

YEHEYYY! I called the NVC again just now.. Got on hold for almost 40 minutes ❤️ and a funny CSR answered my call.. How I wish when I call next time I get to talk to him again because he's funny! He messed up with the numbers for maybe 3x 😂 So i had to keep repeating our receipt number to him, too, I heard him say "oh i got it right." 😂 so he told me they received it today, and i should call again by 3rd week of July to get the Case number. I had to repeat again if they already received it, and he said yes.. I sound very excited so he laughed.. So I thanked him and said have a nice day! He said okay, BAH-BYYYYEEE!😂 So funny. 

 

So here's my question. Does it usually take 2 weeks before getting the case number? Yay!

We called last Friday and confirmed that our file is in the facility already. Called again today and got the case number! Wheee! Try to call them again tomorrow!
