Greet to you all…. Thank you for your advise always. I have a friend that is married now for immigration benefits and the spouse is in jail and with be behind the bars for another 2years. She’s  so curious if she should file a divorce or endure. My question is can he still  petition for my friend that is the wife? 

I have been married since May 2017 and I have the 18month conditional removal letter. How far am I from me been a citizen.

I had opened an enquiry with the post office  where purchased the money order and they are yet to get back to me as regards the status of the money order. I depend on the brain of you guys to advice on how to reapply for conditional removal on my green card I only have few days to the expiration and hope am not going to face any penalty for its over 90days before my application. 

Hello people, am kind of confused right now. My 2yr. Green card will be expiring in few days and I had applied for the condition removal about 3 months ago which is about 90days now. Before and after mailing the documents I haven’t received any notice or information from the Immigration as regards my matter. What do I please? 

Thanking you for your continuous help, I had submitted my EAD and a letter of acknowledgment had been sent back. Am a little bit confused on how to renew my driver's license so as not to lose my job?  I will appreciate your good guidance as usual. regards

I-765 form (don't reuse your previous one as it might be outdated)

I-131 form (don't reuse your previous one as it might be outdated)

A total of four (4) identical photographs

Copy of previously issued EAD/Advance Parole (front and back)

Copy of Notice of Action for I-130 (currently pending)

Copy of Notice of Action for I-485 (currently pending)

Copy of Approval Notice for I-131

Copy of Approval Notice for I-765

 

I also mentioned in my cover letter that the fee is waived due to the underlying I-485 application. Renewing should not interfere with your anticipated interview.

Hello everyone, had been living in my own world for quite Sometimes now before I regained my sense. You guys had been so wonderfully helpful. This time am in a quest to renewing my Employement Authorization and Parole before its expiration in another 3 month. What are the steps and fees applicable. 

Will the renewal of these documents not affect my anticipated green card appointment and interview. Thank you

It's a big privilege reading so much from you guys. I meet my spouse here in the U S and she's just filled in my AOS about a month ago. To my dismay the money order issued toward I-131 and I-765 was returned just yesterday and the forms were retained. Now, am I in good standing with immigration. Regards
