Hello everyone! I was wondering what embassy office where interview will take place should I put in the application for my mother that lives in Russia. Moscow or Warsaw? I know Warsaw is a designated embassy now, but I am not sure what to put. I also saw U.S. Embassy Tashkent and U.S. Consulate General Almaty as processing posts for Russian IR-5 (parent of a U.S. citizen)...What would you all suggest? Thank you in advance.
