Online Case status says that my case was sent to DOS on November 8th. Called them on wednesday and they said theyve received it but it hasn't been put into their system as yet, I should call back in 2 weeks. Will I get my case number then?

My receipt numbers are still not showing up. Bio due on the 24th

Potomac is not march. The website and the customer rep isn't reliable. My pd is may 8th and my notice approval date is October 31st. Yours is coming in a week or 2.

I did use my married name as my last name

I removed the notices and kept the old form. I sent everything back as is. I put the green letter on top as instructed and send everything back

I don't think you got denied. You just have to resubmit the application on the new form. That happened to me too. I just resubmitted and now everything is going smoothly 

That form that you use has an edited version so even though the date is correct at the top there's an edited version

I've updated mines. My pd is may 8th, got approved 10/31, got the mail 11/6 And the text and email 11/8

Bummer... but from what I see, after they recieved the RFE, approval follows very soon after... some with a few days

My husband just spoke with a Tier 2 supervisor, he said our case was approved on November 1st. We should be receiving the notice in the mail any day now.

I think that address is for when you're using UPS or FedEx or DHL, so you should be fine. Maybe they used USPS
