I have got my AOS appointment notice today, my i-360 was approved last dec.

looks like field office send me a family based format appointment notice and checklist. not for vawa. because the notice said  need appear with petitioner, but am self-petitioner.

but i will be there myself only

 I have divorced after I-360 approved,  but i can't find original marriage certificate. can I only bring  divorce judgement instead of marriage certificate,  does this the matter to my interview???

i-485 online case status remain the same since Fec 2018 : Case Was Transferred And A New Office Has Jurisdiction , my priority date is Sept 2016

BUT SOMETHING  CHANGE for the I-360 online case status below .  it was approved last year Dec, 2017 . but  just changed to this. 

ANYONE can explain or help?

I-360 approved dec 2017.  I have mailed out my AOS package to Vermont on 1/18/2018 (I-485 I-765-I 131, I-864W  )

They cashed my check on 1/25

, so far, 20 days ,  no receipt received.

do you know how long I can get notice?  

if it's lost, how can I get my case number?

any one can help share a check list docs for file I485 I765 I131 ?

I have a approved I-360 on hand. not sure what I need to file.

do I need submit police clearance report from US and my home country again?

I can't believe My I360 approved yesterday. I am so excited and I can't  believe, because I have checked my case status hundreds of time. no update.

I filed sept 2016, 

rfe received sept 2017 for good moral character

replied rfe nov 2017

approved 12/20

It a 15 months journey.

I have to move on for file I-485, AP, EAD

i have my 3rd prima facie same as yours valid for 60 days,  I'm requesting for 4th prima facie now.

filed early September 2016,  and I received RFE  on 12.5 months after initial filing. responded  RFE on the 14th month.

I hope final decision will made 2-3 months after they got my RFE.

I have questions. maybe many people also want to know the answers.

If my abusive husband contacted uscis to make dishonest statement he's not at fault,  although I submitted evidence of physical and emotional abuse and case approved. will they revoke or delay the I-360 approval?

if i-360 case approved finally, how this will affected abusive husband LPR immigration status? can he find out  there's case against him? or have trouble renew PR card？

I have replied my RFE on 11/1, mailed USPS PRIORITY.  USPS showing delivered, but takes 7-8 days after package delivered , USCIS website showing they receive response to RFE. the date they  posted online is not the delivery date. 

I think you have the proof of delivery and  be patience for  the 7-8 days is normal process time.

I have received the RFE, They asked only for GOOD MORAL CHARACTERS

They asked entire 3 year period evidence prior filing vawa.

as I already submit affidavits from employer  and friends attest am good moral characters. also Local police office clearance letter.

I think they will need my home country police clearance.

My case is different .

I have only married once with abusive husband , and was abused by the man soon after marriage.

after the DV, I went back to home country for a while. 

I'm so scared of him even after I go back home country.
when I applied B2 visa in 2015, I checked single , because I'm afraid of the abusive party find me. and show him in the application.

in Sept 2016, I have filed vawa case with solid proof of marriage and abuse. But I checked marriage status "married" in vawa application.

I have received prima facie sept, 2016, now no rfe yet, still waiting for result.

please help what should I do about the marriage status discrepancy between b2 application and vawa application?

I could not find the case but found another one that a petitioner could not provide legal divorce decree for her previous marriage:

And the result is:

So you would better prepare for this. USCIS requires documentations to support your  marriage/divorce, not just what you say.

send the congressman a message,  after that sign the privacy form. his stuff will inquiry USCIS on your behalf.

Once you find your representative or senator, go to their website. They should have a link under their contact info with something like "dealing with a federal or government agency." This will usually give you a form to fill out stating your information and your current issue. There is also a release form, so they can contact USCIS on your behalf. The release form may be emailed to you in a response or printed as soon as you contact them. From what I've seen this must be signed and then faxed or mailed back to them.

You can also call them and ask to speak to their immigration liaison. This is the person who will actually do the work anyways.

So far I have contacted both my State Senators with general emails about the immigration process and that was not very successful. I'm currently waiting to hear back from my Congressman. let's wait and see, i have no idea how long they will get back to me.
