OK, did a full Jan scan, and there are 18 approvals showing for today, through the status checker. I don't know if that means that whatever it was has been corrected. We shall see.
Thanks for the update. My case is still showing as received. 😢

No problem. I googled who my congress person is, I think every state has different districts and there's a congressman or woman assigned to each district. You can put in your zip code and congress representative in google and it should come up. On their website there should be a contact tab and see if you can send them an email, they'll reply to you and ask for your receipt number and your fiancés name and they'll send you a form to sign for privacy info release and once they send it to USCIS, they have 48 hours to reply to your local rep.
Thank you so much for sharing this!

I also have NOA1 of the 24th, still nothing. Last I heard from my congresswoman (Friday) my case was with an adj officer but no approval or RFE yet... I agree it is so frustrating
So the congressional inquiry doesn't help much?

That I don't know. I am a Jan 31 and I am going to wait another few weeks and see.
Sounds good. I think I'll do the same.

Another member here spoke to a different support representative and was told that the website gets uploaded 45 days after a case is touched. You can't trust what those support representatives say. Those people get paid for nothing.
Wow! Doesn't surprise me too much. Do you think I should wait another week or so and then look into a congressional inquiry?

I should also add that I called the USCIS support number. I was told that some applications take longer than others and that the website always has the most accurate case information despite me mentioning during the call that several filers have received approval letters while still having an online status of case received.

I've been reading this forum for a while. I'm quite impressed with those that decided to write scanning tools.
I filed our application on January 30. My status still shows as received. Have any January 30th filers been approved yet?

We received our NOA2 approval letter today! I'm so excited! Of course, the online tracker still shows as case was received. I wish you all the best! The approval letter was dated as 05/15
