You're "only" at day 70. There's still almost 3 weeks until day 90, even though USCIS doesn't guarantee anything anymore. I know it's easy for me to say, but we all knew what we signed up for. If this is getting too much for you, maybe taking a break from VJ and all this immigration stuff in your head is the best thing to do.

But I wouldn't be surprised if it got to that point, too. Much of the past Oct through Dec. K-1 visa backlog is probably now getting to AOS....making the backlog there worse.

thank you @zilchfox i think they will approve it,i am married for over three years with my USC husband ,i am currently pregnant with twin huhh,due to give birth on june 7th,i will take my babies with me at the interview  lol so that way they can give me the 10 years green card ;( ?

on may 19 : my i485 status change to ready to be schedule for an interview but the EAD ,and AP said case was received no update ,does that mean i will not get a RFE,or  USCIS was satisfied with all the paper that i sent to them since my i485 status change to case ready to be schedule for an interview,will i received my EAD next? or i will get interview?share your experience please,god bless you all.

good morning pinkcandy,thank your positive words ,this morning i received an update,as of may 19 my case is ready to be schedule for an interview.cases are moving forward for march filers.lets pray.and i wish you luck to your interview.

My RFIE was for a missing I-130A form, a new form that Immigration requires as supplemental for I-130. 

As for my status, these are the updates so far on each form:
I-485 - "On April 7th, we received your reply on RFIE..."
I-130 - "On March 10th, we received your case....."
I-131 - "On March 10th, we received your case....."
I-765 - "On May 17th, we ordered your new card..." 

Prior to receiving the news today, I kept checking my status even though I was expecting changes on June, I kept counting the days, imagining, wishing, praying, hoping and then the next day, do it all over again.

The waiting is really stressful, I'm so sorry but don't worry, IT WILL HAPPEN ! and it might also come to you when you least expected it  




 

thank you for your kind words,i did not send the i130A ,i assuming they will send me a RFE for that form,today is 64 days since they received all four applications, no RFE finger crossed.i hope they dont request it from me last minutes.

69 Days starting from my priority date of March 10th.
I did not request for expedite.
I am still in shock right now because I am expecting this middle of next month.

hi Pinkcandy,what was the RFIE for? today i am 63 days PD march 15th,bio april 17 after the bio i never received an update on either cases ,i130 and i765 said on march 15 we received your case,i485 said we accept the fingerprint fee ,no RFE so far,still waiting.

I am a November filer.  Some have waited 180 days for EAD.

Your I-485 processing will depend on if your case is sent to the local field office for interview or kept at NBC for greencard issuance.  

Join the filer thread that PinkCandy suggested and you will see many others still waiting.

hi everybody,my husband petition for me thru marriage,he is a US citizen my PD is march 15th 2017 i did my biometric on april 17 until now i never got an update some people got their case  update for their i 485 update a week after their biometric taken stating that case is ready to be schedule for an interview,any march fillers in the same situations? in two weeks my EAD will be 75 days i never received a request for evidence so far,thx god.please share your experience.
