Hi everyone cc 14 , p4 e-mail letter today at 4 30am. Interview July 24th . 

My case cc was on the 14th. Maybe by Wednesday . So let's see if I I got it" then they send an email saying that cc was complete and now wait for interview. Then later they will send another with the interview date! That is correct ?Let's see how it goes for me!

Hi everyone, after case complete those Nvc send any email confirmation? Or they just send the email with the date of interview .. 

Yes mostly of the time need to get new certificates and bring to the interview.

They given different information about scheduling.. I asked the supervisor about if RDJ still scheduling for July she said yes.

Yes that was odd I called again guys!! And then they said there is none interview yet??? Really, then she look up then said maybe you should speak with the supervisor. Then the line disconnect, then supervisor called back , apologize for the inconvenience and said that was wrong information. To keep waiting for the date !

Hi everyone, just called Nvc and they said , interview set for July 24th.. but I will believe just when I receive the email .. I have a friend and she called to find out about her case and they said she was scheduled for July 3rd. But after week she never received the email, or mail ! She called again this week ,"they said there wasn't interview schedule and was rescheduled for the 8th. Since then she never received nothing .. imagine how terrible she planned everything thrusting on that information. Well things can happen. But I am calling again and wait for the email to be 100%

Was a holiday yesterday in Brazil and today they amend,

I called today again they said to wait the email with the date . And they don't know how many spot left still available to Brazil. Also they don't have access to more information!

That is very interesting since you need to pay after becouse you will need the A#,  then in my case I already have this number. Becouse in 2005 I was place in removal and now is canceled and terminate. But I should wait for the approval anyway. 

Hi everyone, does anyone had paid the green card fee ahead? Like before the interview, I saw that must register on elis page then pay the fee . 

Just called , confirm is a cc , now waiting for appointment, I asked if all the papers was all set .. and if whe we get a cc that means is everything correct .. she said yes. That is correct? I saw people posting cc and then later they said they got a checklist?

Scan date was  April 5 then today on the ceac has change , also the visa category has change to ir1 , I will call later to confirm

I just called and they said went to the review team yesterday 12th.  So kind odd becouse I thought was already there hehe. 

Still the same for me. I am calling next week !!

Hey everyone, still the same ceac and just called Nvc too! same information feels like the people working there are full of stress the representative was not very friendly 😕

I have a friend cr1 Brazil rio, scan date was Mach 22 , cc on may 19, and she was watting the letter with the appointment date after that ,Then I said to he to call ,  she find out interview date is July 3rd. The letter will arrive next week. 

hello , In my case they said was in review, then called today again.. and they said to wait until 11 weeks and she doesn't know if is on the review department. unbelievable.

just called Nvc .. representative said it's on review. And they still on the time frame.

Hi everyone, my case started in 2013.. took many steps to get until here..first the firm that I hire they are good but very busy and when comes to the paper work they took long time do prepare and review.  To start back in 2005 I came here tru the border .. I thought I was getting a visa .. but was part of those dealer and got money for it . but I was got by border patrol.. and when that happen they set me a date to court. So if you don't go the judge will give you an order of removal in    abscencia. When I found it out become a night mare.. for years. So then every stage of my processes was around that fighting for the cancelation of that order. Then thanks God was reverted then , finally I could request the I 601a waiver ( prove hardship) my wife and kids.. then when approved Nvc continues with the process . So just a quick list what happen that was a lot paper work lot patience and money..

1 •apply for the 130 approved ,forwarded to Nvc, then we noticed then about the waiver .

2 •sent the join motion to reopen to ice .if they join they send to the judge, but they Denied took 6 months . 

3 •send the motion to reopen To the judge .. accepted.. took 5 months 

4 •send the 601a waiver . 4 months Approved 

 5 . Then send it again everything to the judge asking to terminate the case.. granted .

6• go back to the Nvc where was leftover. Still waiting ..wow I know lot work .. lot complexities . I adverte if anyone get in any complex cituation get an good immigration lawyer. 

What is the priority date? Mine is cr1 26 sep 2013.
