what if some one had a fiancee and she got pregnant and then found out she cant be petitioned under imbra laws??? what would happen?

whats the fastest way to get avisa to vietnam and whats it cost i need go there in next couple weeks i think. i guess if ur case is assigned to the f p u thers not much anyone can do except go there and try to interview . my lawyer says they see fraud where there isnt any

i just found out thery dont justify nothing.after monthes of waiting for our lawyer to talk to the head cheif he decided to take our eveidence in himself and got the green he saw fpu on our folder...fraud prevention unit.als our slip asked was what our primary sourse communication ,what we have in common and how we met.i gave a noterized stament and the lawyer had my girl get exs family book to show when they seperated and all place she lived before she divorced . so what they requested didnt mean nothing and some how my lawyer still doesnt know . he wants me to come back to vietnam and have a interview. but i have one week vacation and dont want go there empty handed and not have what will fix everything it all a bunch of crazy ####### they do to try kill people. be strong

my fiancee had to get ex household book also . her mother told him she needed it for her afair and didnt go into detail about it. he got it and brought it over to her that day .she also went to police in home town and got certified when she left there and she can show when she seperated and move to parents left parents and moved to hcmc sje got statemnets from lpand ladys where all she live but police would help certified it much if land lady lost book or some thing. good luck to you

this is the sort of thing that happened to me and fiancee .she now had to have her mom have reason to get family book from her ex and make a copy plus show all places she lived after they seperated and have them certified. seems they think of any reason to deny ,so sad

i didnt know how much i needed to make for sure coz my 2 kids dont live with me ,and i ended up about 200 short of guide lines for family of 4 .i would have made about 1900 more had not gone to vietnam so i had my mom co sponser as a show of support if nothing else and they acepted them .so i do all you can do it wouldnt hurt

i miss my girl too.after a long time apart and waiting and then failing the interview has about puckered me out.she s all i ever talk about to my buddys at work and my family i think they are sick of it but always nice about it.we talk and talk about what well do together and how things will be when she comes.i have one week vacation i was saving for getting married but i tempted to just go to vietnam just to see her for a few days.sometimes i smell a smell at work and think of vietnam and wish i was there

sorry to hear the bad news .it just seems if they want to deny some one they will no matter what.i think theres good c/o and c/o thats just deny everyone.the day my girl got her interview she was there from open till close and saw only 2 pinks from the window she went at. hope everything works out
