i emailed NVC and i always follow up the last email,  but they replied the same. "The USCIS locate your petition and its on its way". The person who replied  his name is Carlos.

the other person replied to my follow up email  was Artur and he said that "we will contact uscis about your issue"   See now im confused i dont know if they telling the truth or not.

Yes.  Last July 19 and they said that  the "USCIS locate my petiton and Its on its way to NVC"  since that date, I tried calling but the same answer "youre petition is not in the system"

Request like what?    Ive been telling them that my petition was approved more than 2months already and  my validation of my NOA2  is until Sept only.  But they  tell same answer "email nvc or call uscis"    😭😭😭

Did you try calling both immigrant and non immigrant lines? Option 5 on the immigrant line is the way we found out they received it. Calling the non-immigrant for weeks and they didn't have it

 

Everytime I call Immigrant I press 5.  Every single call  same answer "your petition is not in the system" 😭😭😭😭  its 2 months already since the aproval notice 😢😢

Yes. I called them twice already and they told me that "it take up to 90 days" beforeNVC receive it.    Its that true? 😢

Good morning! 

We still dont have a Case number from NVC since our approval date last May 31 2017. Its been 10 weeks already and the validation of our NOA2 is Sept.  Im so worried and we dont know what to do. I kept calling everyweek  they always say "Your petition is not in the system" 

anyone here same situation as me? Or NVC had a problem?

Its so frustrating and upsetting 😢😢😢

Again, sorry it's been that hard for you too.

Everytime i called, i asked about the new sytem but they always say "Yes i checked already"  😭    We've waited for our NOA2 before for almost 5months. And its pain in the asss.

I called immigrant and non immigrant. Still same answer. 😢 This is too much. Weve waited in our NOA2 almost 5 months then now wait  for 90 days again for case number😭

Good afternoon,  Im just so worried. We dont have our Case number yet and its been more than 6 weeks since the approval date MAY 31 2017.  I called the NVC  and they said they didnt receive any documents from the USCIS because they dont have our records yet in their system.   I called the USCIS about this and they said "It take up to 90days before USCIS send it to NVC or with in 90 days". Its so upsetting  i dont know whats going on.. 😭

Guys,  do the US Citizen needs the CENOMAR when my fiance will have her interview innthe Philippines?

Thing appear to be moving along quite well now.

 

After getting our NOA2 we have had our application processed by the NVC and it was forwarded to the Embassy in the Philippines. Our status was quickly marked "Ready" and we have filled out the DS160 and paid the fee. It took my poor lady 2 hours at the bank to do that part, but as they say, it's more fun in the Philippines. 

 

I've already sent her my affidavit of support documents and an extra copy of the I129f. So tonight we will hopefully book out appointment online after we figure out her medical. 

 

To my friends who still have not received their NOA2, you'll be happy to hear the things for the most part move much faster. Our prayers go out to all our friends who are still working towards being with the ones they love. God bless.

We are on 127 days now.

We emailed the Senator last week but we haven't get any response yet. We called CSC talked to Tier 2 officer, and he said our case still not been assigned to any officer yet 

They said average processing dates are dec-15 now. But that's just average

My NOA1 is January 20 2017. Still no update every 2 weeks my lawyer called the USCIS but their response was Nov 15 or Dec 15.  So stressfull!!

Yes but she always say "I was told that unfortunately with the USCIS backlog the California Service Center is still currently working on fiancée visa petitions that were receipted on November 15, 2016. Timing has not moved in two weeks."  And I always emailed her every 2 weeks. This process is too much!😢  We are waiting for our NOA2 for almost 130days 😭😭😭😭

Its 4months already today. T_T still no NOA2. NOA1 January 20 2017.  ugh!! Wheenn are we going to get our NOA2?? huhuhu
