Yes, correct. Furthermore, I don't think there should be any transfer for K-1. Currently only CSC is the one who process K-1 visa (if I'm not mistaken). It is either they got confused or it might be for different case number. 

They should just save their time and issue approval instead of RFE

Yes, exactly. At first, I'm so happy to see there is May 17 in today scan, but after that just realized all is RFE.

Did they ask for beneficiary birth certificate?

My fiance try to sign up for USPS informed delivery last time. But, they were asking him to go to the near centre to do so. Is it normal?

He checked it and the website were saying that it is in coverage and he can sign up for free. But, after fill up every details, he can't proceed. It must be great if we can sign up for USPS. We will know about the delivery in advance

I didn't include it either when I submit the petition. But someone got RFE because of that, even though I'm not sure she/he mean it petitioner or beneficiary birth certificate. I did ask, but he/she didn't reply yet.
 
 

Really hope it is not beneficiary birth certificate. If possible, I really do not want a RFE.
