    Yes now that we have activity I will be running this more often every few days, it just didn't make sense to do it often before as there wasn't any activity for May.

     

    For anyone that wants to run the scan on there own, send me a private message and I can share the script as I have already done the hard part of scanning the case ranges. Keep in mind I will be running the scans every few days now and post results in this thread.

     

    This will only work on windows PC, and also keep it in mind your IP gets banned after anywhere from 4800 to 5000 queries that are performed with in 24-48 hours span. May is only about 4476 cases so just don't run the scan more than once within 48 hours if you do your IP will be banned for up to 72 hours.

     

    Also i won't be giving the script to many people as we don't want everyone running scans and hammering their servers where they would be inaccessible. So i can share it with possibly 2 or 3 people who are interested.

     

    You will need to download the zip file and unzip it. Run the batch file called "May_Scan.bat" this will start the scan, once it is complete it will create a CSV file in the app/logs folder with the scan results.

    I have to rotate my scanner through a few proxies. Otherwise this lovely message gets returned:

    " It was reported to us that your IP address or internet gateway has been locked
    out for a select period of time. This is due to an unusually high rate of use.
    In order to avoid this issue, please create a Customer account (single
    applicant) or a Representative account (representing many individuals)."

From what an aprilite said once after calling USCIS it makes sense... They told him that cases are dispatched among adjudicators and some are faster than others.     The official answer given by the Tier 2 was that they are only working on February cases and who am I to state otherwise. Once they publish the (overdue) quarterly stats (https://www.uscis.gov/tools/reports-studies/immigration-forms-data/data-set-all-uscis-application-and-petition-form-types) we might see what the holdup was/is. That being said, data from VJ shows the following:

    If the customer has spoken with the CSR at a Tier 1 Contact Center and has not been able to obtain a resolution, the call may be escalated to a Tier 2 Contact Center if applicable.
    
    Tier 2 is staffed by USCIS officers with access to applicable USCIS systems. USCIS officers may also escalate callers to a supervisor when necessary.

  4. For what its worth, March/April approvals can be mapped as follows (74% NOA-2 for March, 42% for April)...I should note that going way back in the stats its about 80% total for every month showing an NOA-2 date...probably due to people no longer updating their timeline:
