Hello to All,

I'm from Peru and I need your help ...

As part of the documentation to prove that me and my fiancee have been together in USA before, I have boarding passes, Credit Card report of expenses and ATM report of movements. Now, I know I only have to send copies of all these documentation, have these copies being signed by a lawyer certifing that they are real ?, in the case of the Credit Card and ATM report, those are in spanish, I know for sure I have to send them for translation to a registered translator (Do you know someone in Peru ?), have these translated documents being signed by a lawyer too ?.

Maybe I only need to send the copies and the translations with the translator sign and thats all !! ...

Soy de Peru y necesito su ayuda ...

Como parte de la documentacion para demostrar que yo y mi novia hemos estado juntos en USA, tengo los tickets de vuelo, el reporte de mis gastos de la tarjeta de credito y el reporte de los retiros de cajeros. Ahora, yo se que solo debo enviar la copia de todos estos documentos, pero, estas copias deben ser firmadas por un notario y a la vez estas firmadas por el Ministerio de relaciones exteriores ? ...

Lo mismo para el reporte de gastos de la tarjeta de credito y el reporte del cajero, estas estan en castellano asi que se que de todas formas hay que traducirlas por un traductor registrado ( conocen alguno en Peru ? ), estos documentos tambien tienen que ser firmados por el notario y por el ministerio ? ....

Quizas solo sea necesario enviar las copias y los documentos traducidos con la firma del traductor !!

My girlfriend is from USA and I'm from Peru (LatinAmerica), we have lived together in Puerto Rico for three weeks. We met each other two weeks before that in California, I was in a travel for business.

She is coming to visit me in October and we are planning to get married because we want to stay together in USA. Now the question is .... is better to get married in my contry and start the paperwork here ? or is better to get married in USA and start the papper there ? .. I know I will have to come back to my country and wait ...

Or is the faster thing to just start with the fiancee visa and then get married, remeber the point is to be together the soonest.

We are trying to find the fastes way ...

The other question is ... is the pappers are being processed, Can I still use my tourist visa to travel to visit her ?
