Hello everyone. I sent my package on July, I have received my NOA and fingerprints were done on August 2. I have been checking my case status and one of the reference number shows it was received, but the other one it is not found.

Supposedly it is because there is no updates to show or because the case has not been checked...

Has anyone the same problem?

Really? I cannot find one of my receipt numbers either, but my fingerprints were on August 2... guess I have nothing to worry about

You were right Bella, I received my Appointment Notice on July 22 and my fingerprints on August 2!

I am checking my case status and one of the receipt numbers says: my case was received, but the other one says: number not recognized. The USCIS chat says that it requires time for it to be updated. Are you experiencing the same?

I just have my Biometrics on August 2.

I guess this worked out, would've been great if they sent something earlier! The biometrics data USCIS has on file is over 2.5 years old (at least I look nice in the photo they have!).

Piano, could I know when did you receive your Biometrics letter? I received my NOA on July 10, but I am still waiting for the biometrics appointment. I have noticed that some members got it after 12 days...

I received my NOA on July 9/10. I am a little worried because I have not received my Biometrics letter and according to the spread sheet, people who filed in California, received the letter after 12 days...  Guess I need to call...

I was going to ask exactly the same... I sent my papers on June, 30 and received the NOA issued on July, 3 and received it by July, 9. But I am still waiting for the Biometrics notice... I was a little worried because of the time, but reading your post, I hope it will be ok then

That's right! The form does not accept slash so I had to manually write N/A  My form is not as pretty as I would have liked LOL

Yes, I put None and N/A, for example in part 5 (Family name of the child) I put None and N/A on physical address because some boxes do not accept slash. Part 9 about the interpreter I also put None because the format does not accept N/A... but I did not fill all boxes, just the first box on each part...??

Guys, about Part 8 (page 8) "Acknowledgement of Appointment..." the spouse need to write his/her name? Filling the form, my name appeared automatically. What did you do?

1. "Other name used" - do i have to write only my maiden name as other name used" ?... I'm confused because the sample of I-751 shows and given name. Despite the fact it's the same  name, listed in box 1.b.

2.  Part 7. Petitioner’s Statement, Contact Information, Acknowledgement of Appointment at USCIS Application Support Center, Certification, and Signature.  - I printed (wrote) my name in "Acknowledgment of Appointment" box, and then just signed with my regular signature in "Petitioner's Signature' box. My husband did the same in his Part 8. Spouse’s...  Is that correct? 

3. Passport pictures are no needed with -I-751 submission, right? And we don't include copies of passport pages, marriage certificate?...

4. How did you, guys, attach the check? Just with a paper clip on the top of your Cover letter?..

Hello, Ksenia. When filling your I-751, did you leave in blank all spaces not applicable? I mean, if you are not using a translator or preparer or there are no children, for instance... or did you write N/A?

Hello. You need them when you are the authorized user of your spouse's credit card (you know that your name does not appear on the statements) and if you are sending those statements, the letter will say since when you became the authorized user.

And if USCIS is not satisfied , they just will ask you for Transcripts. But at least you won't be late with sending the package and you will already have your Transcripts.

The regular mail will take 7-10 days, but you can get your Transcripts immediately, online - just will have to provide a little more info than if you would get them in mail..

I am ready to send my package, at least. Between waiting for affidavit of support and letters from banks, I have lost a lot of time (my date expires on July 20).  But I do not have Tax transcripts from IRS, just the usual papers from the tax preparer, now I am scared if I wait for them, I could be sending my package too late

So I am thinking I will send everything this Friday May 5th or the Monday after, to California since I live in Wisconsin. 

My period started on April, 20 and expires on July, 20. Do I still have time, right? I was ready to send my papers but I found this site, and thanks to your help, I realized I was sending almost nothing! Now I am fighting with a lot of photocopies and waiting for letters, too. Hopefully I will send them next week, also in California.

Hello, I was supposed to file on late April since my period for filing started on April, 20 and expires on July, 20 but I found this page and realized I was sending almost nothing!!! Now I am filing on May... We do still have time, right?
