2nd SR July 13 not assigned and for my surprise this morning got an update New card being produced. I couldn't believe my eyes because I was waiting for my SR to be completed.. 
97 days from RFIE received April 17th

103 days here and nothing yet! I had a response to my service request on June 23rd, saying my case was under review. Since it's been 2 weeks since that response, I called and the agent simply said I had to wait. 

Has anyone tried to contact USCIs on a Saturday before? It says the customer service hotline is available on saturdays from 9am-5pm in each time zone but it doesn't give me the option to talk to someone. 
My third service request went through and it says a notice was mailed. It still doesn't say that it was approved on the app and I haven't received a status change via text or email. I'm very confused. Day 132 since the receive date and Day 98 since RFIE receive date.

Exactly 74 days after USCIS received our response to a Request for Initial Evidence (the birth certificate).
It's been 110 days since the initial filing was received back on March 20.
 
Still waiting on Advance Parole and an Interview Date... from what I am told they restart the clock off the response to the RFIE date.
 
 
 

For anyone still waiting on their EAD especially. I just talked to an officer on the phone. Because of the amount of application they've been getting over the last two years, the process takes a little longer. If you do an SR and you get it's under review this means someone is (finally) working on your case. 
 
I think, but this is solely my opinion that we might need to ad an extra 30 days to the count so we don't keep panicking. So I'm going to (try to)be patient and wait until I hit that 120 mark and than I'll bug them again. Hopefully I won't have to. 
 
Hope everyone is going to have a great weekend who knows what next week will bring. I'm going to enjoy my stepdaughters 15th birthday!

Married to USC (2015). Visa B2 overstayed (2014)
I filled my I-485 and I-765 separately
PD I-485: March 14 2017
NOA I-130, I-485: March 27 2017
PD I-765: March 30 2017  #no AP
1st Bio notice:April 7th (I-485)
Received RFIE letter: April 8 (was abt my birthday certificate)
Send RFIE to Lee's summit : April 10
Response to USCIS for RFE was received: April 13
Bio done: April 17
April 24: Letter for I-693. A completed and signed I-693 was not submitted.. I must bring it to the interview
