The day you receive your, you are given a sheet which states you are to pay USCIS Immigrant fee before you enter the United States or pay when you arrive here. Unless you pay that fee, Green Card will never be mailed to you

please have you paid the $220 immigrant fee?

The CEAC site will never change to READY FOR PICK UP after ISSUED.

It is ustraveldoc.com/gh that will notify you when its ready for pick up. When you create your profile on that site you will enter your email and phone numbers so they can notify you. I had an email the next day after it was change to ISSUED that my passport has been picked up from the embassy to the location I choose for delivery i.e DHL

I suggest you email the embassy directly or email support@ustraveldocs.com by just sending your passport number or call the numbers on that sheet they gave us after the interview to find out the status of your passport

My mother filed the petition in 2011.

Had a notification December 2014 that visa petition has been approved. Had interview dated in June 2015 and went for the interview in August 2015 but was denied visa. Case had to be sent back for further investigations.

Had a notification to do DNA December 2016. Had a second interview date in August 2017 and interview was Octerber 2017.

This time everything went well by God's grace and now I have my visa

I was given a sheet after my interview which instructed me to create a profile in order to receive notification when pasaport is ready for pick up.

Thats the link I entered to create the profile. Unless you create the profile and choose a location where the passport will be delivered you wouldnt know when it is ready. Thats what the Consular told me

Please its very important to have the birthcert either than that you will not be issued the visa. Original and a copy

I was told to do same after my interview. I dropped off the documents at DHL and one week later my passport and visa was ready for pick up

It took 3 weeks to get the passport. I had drop off some additional documents at DHL 2 weeks after the interviews. 2 weeks bcox I received them from my mother in US two weeks after the interview. Immediately I had the documents I droped it off at DHL and 1 week later I had my passport and visa

finally picked up my visa today @ DHL Accra.

Its been stressful and tiring but all the glory to God for ending the journey.

Yes you need the supporting documents either than that visa will not be approved. It should be up to date

I had my call-in letter

I've scheduled for 23rd October for my visa interview

Mine took 16months after denial before I was called to the embassy for a DNA test. after DNA its been 4months now and I have not heard from them again.

Please any help?

my mother had her DNA test in the US and I had mine 20th December, 2016 here in Ghana. Since this, i have not heard from the embassy again. How long does it normally take to get an interview date when DNA tests are done. Its been 4 months now. Im getting worried.
