    I didn’t even think to do this! We haven’t filed yet but I uploaded last 3 years (just in case) I did attach my new W2 and last years. my mum applied for hers and it came sooner than the date they suggested. Fingers crossed it does for you! What is DQ?

    Any new updates yet? I finally managed to complete affidavit and my mum completed the DS-260. Now we wait…again!

    Mine also says closed but that’s because it’s moved to NVC. If it’s been approved, you’ll be notified once it’s gone to NVC.

    Yes! Got two welcome letters with login information but told to wait a day or two for the case to become active. Just received another email to pay fees. I did that yesterday so waiting for it to process to start my affidavit and my mum to start her DS form.

    It went from case was received to actively been reviewed and within 10 minutes, my documents section had an approval notice attached. It states case is being moved to NVC and to wait for instructions from them for next steps.

    I submitted beginning of January 2025. Mine is still at case is received. It has not changed yet.

    Thanks for sharing! Although we are not to rely on estimated time, mine has continued to drop. It has gone from 23mths to 20 and now to 19. I’m still very hopeful! Good luck to us all 🤞🏽

    Hi! Yay! That is exciting My mum is coming from England. I have the same updates. My estimate was listed as 23 months but trying not to pay attention to it. I am a little worried of the process and the order it goes in. I have done many visas from J1, K-1, Green card and citizenships. It was very overwhelming to reopen another form haha! Good luck and I hope we can stay connected though this process!

    Hi all, I am about to complete the I-130 form online but wanted to run a quick prep list with you before I start! Evidence to submit: Naturalisation cert Passport copy (Just in case) Marriage certificate to show my name change My birth certificate showing Mum's name. Name change deed for Mum as she got divorced. Is that everything? Thank you! Sarah
