Update for my Orlando office fellows. I just checked online case status and interview was scheduled yesterday, 10/23. I have not received the email or notice yet.

Interview Was Scheduled
On October 23, 2018, we scheduled an interview for your Form N-400, Application for Naturalization

I've been lurking here for the past couple of months since finding this website.
 
I was a March N400 filer at the Orlando office.  I received my interview date this morning for 3rd December.
 
I just thought this info would be useful for other Orlando filers since there has been very little movement for that office.

Quick question - Does anyone know what the estimated wait times means - on Monday it was two months and today it is 30 days while the completion time is 14 months. I find myself laughing. I am not sure what I am waiting for but apparently its going to take 30 days whatever it is... I should write a song

Yes it is, but also that notice means that they received your biometric.

It looks like this might be the new way of handling I-751 and N-400 combos.
 
I filed my I-751 with CSC in mid April 2017 and as expected with CSC there was no activity since... until I filed the N-400 in early April, that's when they sent this same transfer notice within a week (same transfer of the I-751 to NBC.)
 
Also, I noticed that the appointment letter for my N-400 biometrics (for next week) shows NBC on it so they must be handling both there.
 
Personally, I'd prefer if they can adjudicate the I-751 first since the NOA1 expires at the end of June for me and the estimated processing time for the N-400 is over a year away. But that might be wishful thinking with the backlogs from CSC right now.
 
I'll try to update too if there are any other notices after this...

I think it depends on your local office how backed up they are. the wait time is your wait till the next step which is biometric for you. My wait said 2 months and then 30 days after a couple of days and then a couple of days later i got my biometrics notice

I did not get any transfer notice after filing my N-400 on Apr 2 

No problem. I couldn’t find much info on whether or not they accept early walk in in Orlando , so decided to give it a shot. They guard had a little attitude, but it’s ok, didn’t ruin my day 😉🤣

as a continuation of the USCIS saga, today got a notice from my I-751 application receipt number that my application that was pending for over 13 months is transferred... I guess this is the transfer to the local office to be adjudicated with my N-400....
On April 6, 2018, your Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence, Receipt Number WACXXXXXXXXX, was transferred to another USCIS office. That office now has jurisdiction over your case. We sent you a notice that explains why we moved your case. Please follow the instructions in the notice. etc

It's supposed to mean time until the next step in your process, in your case biometrics. In reality, these estimates are wildly inaccurate so you can ignore them. 

I believe the 30 days is for when you will be receiving a letter from them for your biometric appointment. The completion time is 14 months, which means you will become a u.s citizen or hear a response from them in 14 months. The months are different for each person, it all depends on how busy your local office is.  However from what I searched here on VJ (Visa Journey) and other places USCIS says for instance 14 months, but you will probably finish in like 8 months.  (Your 14 months could increase or decrease in the future)
Another example: I heard my local office is fast in processing N-400, comparing to other local offices. It takes around 3-9 months . However my completion time when I applied online it says 13 months. 13 months is more than a year, but I know for sure my local office process N-400 files faster.
