My husband had his interview this morning and was approved.I just check  caec site and it hows AP. I am @ work  so i will post a more detailed review of what happen when i get a chance to talk to him later.

@JBMG i received our interview date a day  before it shows in transit or confirmation email.  I called received a date and was told it was just schedule. the next day i received  the confirmation email then status changes ti in transit,  now ready...... hopefully  approved  soon

@JBMG@Eignes1009... sorry for the delay, hectic  weekend.  Anyways, 3a) i assume you are the only immigrant this section should be N/A,  or for each immigrant you need  to fill out  a different a different affidavits form.  One affidavits for each person ( waste of trees/paper if you ask me). Like i am doing for my husband and step daughter,  so i submit  2 different  affidavits,  made no mention of either on the other application. Hope that helps, For financial  evidence,  you need an updated  affidavits with 2016

 income for interview  along with 2016 transcript/ tax return and W2... Again extremely sorry and the long wait for responding,  i know how stressful it is to wait.

@JBMG, @Eignes1009 ... sorry for the delay. So by checking part 3 i assume your husband is doing a petition for you and someone else, if that is the case all of part three should be N/A and he should do a different

I submit all civil and affidavits package with the checklist sheetif what is included in the packages,  a also write the case number on the top right hand of the documents submitted.  However, i dont think i send the welcome  sheet/page. Will this be a problem? documents submitted in March.

thank you @JessieABC ..... I do plan on making the changes.. I just thought that since he knew i was married he would have filed my taxes as married and not single anymore. I was scared of sending as single and having a checklist, i will definitely do an ammend. 

hello all, i am here seeking some help and clarification. I am doing the sponsor  affidavits for my husband as my income in above the requirement. The problem is my 2016 taxes was done as single, even after proving my name change driver's license.  i did not realize this until it was time to do the  affidavits.  I submitted my tax returns from 2013 to 2015 as the 2016 tax season is not closed as yet. my case was accepted on March  28. Do you think this will be a problem with not submitting 2016 transcript/ taxes and W2? I do plan to amend my 2016 after all this stress and before embassy interview.
