Who's information is filled out on the G-325A forms? Mine or my wife's? She is the alien......Does anyone know where I can find step by step instructions on all of these forms?
Okay....on the 4th line down. Where it says "Husband or Wife".....If we married there in the Philippines....Do I put "WIFE", and her info?
Also, the guidelines do not give "step by step" instructions for each form that needs filled out...

Do all of the forms included in the K-3 Visa process need to be filled out and sent all at the same time? The forms being I-129F, G-325A, I-130, I-864EZ and DS230?

If I can remember right, the question I have is about the 864F form included in the K-3. Do both myself AND the immigrating spouse each fill out seperate forms? Does that question make sense?

If only "one" G325A for her and one for me... Why do the guidelines state "all four pages"???
