I can't look into any individual's case, but the images are taken based on what is to be loaded on a truck before it reaches the local Post Office or final destination. Every once in a while, not everything planned to make it in a certain day actually gets there. But if it's not there for several days, then presumably it was lost or misrouted after scanning.
Is possible to receive email notification of four pictures and receive 3 mail pieces one day and the 4th mail piece after several days even though the four picture were in the same email?

If it's not supported in your area or building type, you shouldn't be able to signup for it (I worked on the Informed Delivery development team). I would suggest just checking that you are signed up for Informed Delivery (not just MyUSPS). There should be a box to signup for it to the right of the MyUSPS box.
as long as you work with informed delivery team, I received delivery informed email with four pictures of mail pieces I found just 3 in my mail box , where did the 4th one go ? please ? any suggestions?

I have informed delivery on but for some reason USPS is only showing packages ... never mail. I guess its something to do with my area where they are not supporting it.
I don`t know what to say. What about e-request ?

Im in the same situation... They mailed my Oath Letter last Tuesday (29th) but I have not received it. I know the NYC Federal Court holds the Oath Ceremony the following week after mailing out so I am very concerned about missing out my Oath Ceremony.
Given Monday is Labor Day, this is cutting it very close... We have no customer service representative available to tell us the days over this long weekend
Do you have Delivery informed notifications with USPS? I mean did you receive a picture of your mail piece by E- mail ? if yes . did you receive all mail that showed in the notification except this one ?

An L2 officer would be able to give her this information over the phone.
Thanks a lot, Tuesday we will call and let you know what happened...

Asked 10 neighbors no one seen it today!!!!!
If you do not receive your receive your notice by September 28 , please go to www.uscis.gov/e-request? It is not Sep. 28 yet, but the mailpiece is lost 100%. Is it okay to request electronic copy now?
And if the ceremony September 15, why needs to wait till Sep.28 ? lol it`s funny !! like someone asking you wait till you miss your ceremony date.
Will calling them Tuesday asking to talk to Tier 2 ,,,I posted this to see if anyone can share same experience? Thanks

My opinion is----Go to the ceremony anyway! They will have your naturalization certificate ready----- they will know you were supposed to come. At my ceremony there were 2 immigration officers and supervisor there to help. Two people that had some sort of problem that day that they fixed and they took the oath. They collect your form and green card as you enter the room. They even called out the names of 5 people who did not show up. They should be able to print up your letter from the computer or even ask you the questions in person and get you to sign something. Just go!
I was worried on my oath day because my son inadvertently tore the letter about 2 inches as he opened the envelope. The officer said it didn't matter!
Good Luck.
thanks

Please also mark the mailpiece as not received in Informed Delivery. It won't result in them opening any kind of investigation/incident, but I personally know they do record and watch those numbers.
thanks for answer, the problem she does not know the location and even the time of the ceremony she knowd just the date .....she already marked the mailpiece was not received.....even the old missing mails she marked it but even though she did not receive it.

I know this letter is lost but good thing she has informed delivery. When I receive important mail I go to the post office first thing as soon as they open and pick it up directly. Did this with several pieces of mail already, like NOA1, biometrics notice, passport card and certificate receipt. Maybe she can do this too next time.
She went to post office , they said nothing we can do .

The faxed copy still won't have the questionnaire on the back, though, which she will need as you said...
OP, ask the L2 if they can mail out another copy asap...and yes, keep the infopass appointment.
the letter been sent from the local office not the main office .

Actually the oath ceremony notice, also called Form N-445, is required because it has questions in the back of the notice that need to be answered on oath day. The officer at the oath will review those questions and confirm everything is okay.
These are the things I'd suggest you do:
1. Have your cousin talk to her various neighbors ASAP and haver her ask them if there is mail in her name. Don't be shy, this is important and neighbors are generally very understanding if explained the importance of this mail.
2. Have your cousin call customer service on Tuesday (as Monday is a holiday) and have her insist on talking to a tier 2 person. When she gets a tier 2 person, she should explain her situation and ask if they can fax another form N-445.
3. Let her keep that September 14 InfoPass appointment. If all else fails, she at least has this appointment to talk directly.
thanks for all these advice, about the neighbor has to ask its long street like 20 houses, but I will call `er now to hurry to ask any of `em

I have no experience in losing a letter ect but in my own experience I didn't need this letter. I had my Green Card, Thai passport, State D L to show if asked. In your cousins case I would simply go to the ceremony even if I was rejected because its so important of a day. The U S Govt people there were very helpful to all in every situation we saw during the event. They expect these things I think. I hope very much you succeed because its a great feeling of pride to become a US citizen.
thanks a lot but she has to do everything to get the letter or at least substitute of it, the letter was lost for sure, hope some one has same experience can advise thanks again ...the problem the post office will never say they lost it they put everything on her...unfair they lost her important paper to receive in her life ..

Last Friday (Aug 25), my online status was updated and indicated that my oath ceremony noticed was mailed. THANKS GOD! However, it's been over 1 week, I have not received the letter yet.
Does anyone know how long does it usually take to receive the letter after you got the online status updated?
Thank you so much!
my cousin has the same problem but the letter was lost , she knows about it from the post office coz she signed up for informed delivery digest daily notification email.....she called uscis they said wait 30 days ?????!!!!!

Hi guys:
My cousin suppose to receive the letter of her oath ceremony, letter was lost in the post office . She has the electronic informed delivery with USps shows the picture of the letter will arrive soon , but she thinks that the post guy dropped it in wrong mail box. She called the USCIS they told her to wait till 30 days if she did not receive it she can call them back. She is already known a letter was sent and the post office received and lost it. She went to post office ,they told her we have nothing to do for you , we receive millions of mails every day. She asked to talk to supervisor, he said it can be lost , we have like this situation a lot. She set an appointment for infopass to see someeone in field office but the sooner date is September 14, and the oath of ceremony is Sep15 she knew about that when she called the main office of USCIS. Do you think guys the local office will give her another letter or they will make it difficult and tell her they will mail it and she will lose the ceremony day. Any one has the experience please???? Thanks

do you think if she asks for infopass they will give her the another letter by hand. It is a big problem to send sensetive letters thru post office, always I find my neighbours mails in my mailbox .

You are right , we all here to find answers to our questions. All my questions were to find a validation and you know two people can give advice better than one and more advice will help. Sometimes someone wants to discuss a matter with others even if he`s already known the unsure answer. Hope I can finish this process and I will never bother this forum with my questions. sorry guys .. But I have to ask and ask to make sure I am right 100%.
