Hi I would show her this topic.
I didn't get approved on the spot and came home crying too.
It didn't take long however and my case was updated online and I was recommended for approval.
Oh wow ,

Oh wow, you had the same result? Did they check "" USCIS will send you a written decision "" ? And then they recommended you for approval? If that what you meant then defenitely need to buy her flowers.....

"The true origins of the myth seem to be lost to time, but the meaning of the superstition makes perfect sense. The logic is that a knife can symbolize the severing of a relationship, so you shouldn't give it as a gift for events, especially weddings. A knife, they say, will cut the ties that bind a friendship together."
Maybe flowers or ticket to cinema?
Great analysis lol,

Make it up to her, buy her a treat she misses from home or take her to somewhere she likes to go (a local park, cultural event, museum she has been wanting to see). Show you care, wasn't doing it on purpose and admit to her you messed up, this will make her feel better. She will forgive you if you are genuinely contrite.
If she does get an oath letter, offer to go with her. I promise this will mean the world to her to have as much family there as possible.
oh, thanks for the advice, I think I will buy her knives kitchen set, she was going to buy this "J.A. Henckels Statement 12-pc" but she could not afford it.

Not getting approved on the spot is normal. Receiving a written decision is standard procedure.
OMG , guys you`re making me never show her my face. lol

That most likely means the officer is recommending her for approval. Keep up her hope.
And if she did end up getting denied? It's not like she cannot ever apply again in the future---but I'm crossing my fingers for her, and based on what you've said above...I think she'll be ok
Thanks , I wish that too

That sounds like she's pretty much approved, the way you've worded what he said there.
If she were facing denial, he wouldn't have even mentioned the words "oath ceremony".
yes he said either specific result or oath ceremony...

What do you mean by 'they checked the option seventh'?
Do you mean they checked the answer on the seventh question in the civics quiz as she gave a correct answer but not be one that they normally hear? Like the question about wars in the 1800, I always pick the war of 1812 but most people give one of the other answers as that is what is in USCIS practise test. Both are right but my answer is less common.
I agree with going through, saying that you will hear from USCIS with a written response is not always a bad thing, and it is true something new the new employees are not allowed to say you have been approved as all of their cases are reviewed by a supervisor as part of their training. This could have been a trainee doing an interview in front of their supervisor.
Please don't say anything else to her as you may make her feel worse, my cousins do this all the time say something as if it is an absolute truth when they don't actually know.
seventh option is the point number seven of the result paper ((((((((USCIS will send you a written decision about your application.))))

What you need to do is ask your cousin what, if anything, the officer said to her at the end of the interview when he handed her the paper.

he said we will send you a letter to your place of either the result or the oath of ceremony, she said he said she did great in the english test and her answers were fast.

That doesn't mean anything bad either. When an IO is training a new employee, the only way they can train them on how to conduct interviews is to have them sit in on interviews.
Then I did a mistake telling her she will receive denial soon, feel guilty , but that what I heard from many people.

That doesn't mean a denial in all cases. Sometimes it's because it can't be approved on the spot because info given during the interview needs to be verified, maybe they want a second look at some documents submitted in relation to what she said, sometimes it's simply because the officer who interviewed her is still new on the job and ALL of their approvals have to pass through a supervisor first (this happens more often than you think).
She came crying, saying that they were three people interviewed her.
-
Help help help, my cousin finished her interview today, she came crying. I did something wrong , I told her this result means they will deny you soon.
Spontaneously, I said that coz all people like her result were denied.
She passed the test of English and U.S, history and government, but they checked the option seventh.
USCIS will send you a written decision about your application. I know a lot of people had like this result they were denied .
I feel guilty coz I told her that, I wish I`m wrong.....

Yup. Maybe the applicant made some errors on the application which was what confused matters, and what prompted them to ask for clarification.
no errors, he said, after finishing the civic tests, the interviewer started with application questions from first question till the residence places:
he asked what is the zip code of that place , the answer was (( I don`t remember it was 2011)),
Interviewer: you have to know the zip code of place you lived more than a year..lol

Did he pass the interview?
nope, Decision can not be made yet , they checked B , he passed the civic test, speaking , reading, and writing
I think I need to go back to my application to memorize the 5 zip codes I have . lol

I think your mistakes are minors. And remember the backlog is huge now if the officer makes your case pending meaning he/she creates more work for them and even their managers. I don't think they want to be in that situation.
Thanks a lot

I think you can correct them during the interview.
That what I`m doing, but do you think they will correct it and approve my case, or they will check ( decision can not yet made) ?
-
Guys I need your opinion:
I was checking my application last night and I found out the following mistakes:
1- I did not enlist one of my employment .
2- mistake in date of residence it was September and I put October.
3- I have mistakes in schools dates , I found out school mistakes when I requested school enrollment history.
Note: I`m still in line for interview...do you think this will cause them to give me (( the decision not yet made, they`re not gonna approve it )))
what I have to do?
Thanks

I had two officers. One of them was well built and sitting straight observing me. He was the one who made me nervous. He never said a word.
Two officers for interview? maybe one to read body language.

Thanks lovely alex, yes i did no one has ceromony at that day, i think if the ceromony on 15th that means no ceromony on 16th and vice versa. Am I right? Or they can have ceremony day after day ...
