If my try to work with my spouse and request him to start obtaining documents like bank account, credit card. Is there any hope or possibility ????? Still 4 weeks out for interview??????

Married for 4 months , No financially support from Spouse. Does not live together. I have no idea where he lives. Tried going to the place where he stated he lives, he told currently he is not there and did not allow me to come comes to meet me once a while and we live in a motel (I keep quiet as I am in a remarriage, have a child from my previous marriage with me.) AOS pending, spouse not cooperating. I entered in good faith, now I am having sleepless nights. please help. I am tired, worried.

We have lived together at few occasions but not all the time. We do not have lease or joint bank statement or credit card. We do have marriage certificate, Pictures, Motel receipts text messages and call records, some videos. Spouse is unemployed, No money or place to stay, Currently Spouse stays with his friends. Hello, Thank you for reply. My Husband is not serious about this at all. He has been un-employed since we filed our petition and we had to take a co-sponsor. We do not have a Joint lease together or bank statement or cell-phone bill, But our marriage is a Bonafide genuine marriage. He does not has a place to stay so he lives with his friends at times or parents. He visits me and we live together for sometime but then he goes back. For this upcoming interview he is not helping me out with documents. Can you Advice me if should consider other options like VAWA. I am genuine person but my husband took advantage and now he is running away from responsibilities.

I saw processing time says 14 months. We have been past that . Biometrics were done but no update yet. Want to see if anyone else have similar situation.

On my visa appointment letter I have same DS-160 number for me and my dependent. I mistakenly added the same DS-160 number and it shows on the appointment letter. How do I fix this? Do I need to re-schedule appointment or can this be done during my appointment.!!
