Im october filler. My package was delivery through usps on 10/26. But didnt hear anything from uscis yet. Check bank account frequently. Hope nothing wrong happen. Fingers cross

Mine was delayed for a week before it can get to Chicago.

Send email to the US embassy in your country explain. Maybe they can extend your visa.  Contact embassy

                                        I wanted to share with you guys my RFE For application i485 for my wife so below are the details I will upload the second half after this. I just wanted some insight I mean I see it Cleary speaks about my income not meeting poverty guidelines but I believe after some snooping around in other forums I've read that that is a generic message that appears always on RFE's for i485 . I make 36k a year and I'm the sponsor for my wife and its just me and her . But still want to know if I should send in my 2017 tax returns I mean I know it wont hurt to send.

 

Also in part two of the RFE you Will see where it says I need to re fill out page 4 of the i485 application witch I will do I put the wrong number in the box of persons being supported I put 1 instead of 2 so I will be doing that ASAP to get back on track with my case .

The letter is a generic RFE for missing financial documents etc.. if documents are missing, such as the W2, the letter will automatically say you don't meet the guidelines and you need a joint sponsor..

If you clearly meet the guidelines, send the missing documents as requested.. once they are assessed you should be fine..

Hi i got the RFIE today. They need we submit W2 and other stub and correct page 4 of I864 and they said we didnt meet 125% poverty guidelines. But we pretty sure we did meet it. My husband income is 39k/year. What can we do? Do we submit again without co-sponsor. It's hard to find a co-sponsor to us.sorry if my english is not good. Please help. Thank you
