I was able to make an Appointment on that site for March 27th. We will still go to this appointment and hopefully we can discuss our case. At least it shows them I am here in Egypt, my 4th time now with my husband and fighting for our case to remain in Egypt. 

Should we take some more evidence with us? Any suggestions? This trip I am here for 1.5 months. We spent 1 week in Alexandria going to several touristy spots. Took lots of photos. We rented my husbands friends apartment. We can get  statement from him and also a statement from his boss to take leave for this week from the office.

I sent an email yesterday but they have not responded and no case status update as well.

 

We are determined!! Insha'Allah we will be approved in the end.

I got a CC in Jan 8th and I’m still waiting for my interview to be scheduled it’s almost 7 weeks and we called NVC today and no news yet 😐 has anyone from cairo had an interview recently how long from day you got CC to day you found out your interview date

Hi guys I hope you all doing great I got CC Jan 8th and I got an email from NVC Jan 17th it says your case is waiting list for an interview date but I’m just wondering how long it takes the embassy in Cairo Egypt

Hey guys i hope you all doing great my wife and I just got an email from NVC that says we are in waiting list for the interview appointment and it may take a 3 months to get it and i wanna ask something else in the letter it says you can track your priority date in the bulletin but we don’t understand how to read this bulletin our priority date is March 31th 2017

Ok you have to pay the fees and send the IV package and the DS260 and the you will get a SD and then it took them in my case 6 weeks to get a CC regarding the interview it depends on the embassy how busy it is so my I got my CC in Jan 8th but still I didn’t get the email or interview scheduled it could take a few months to get so I’m patiently waiting for it

I believe you don’t need any lawyer for it since I and a lot of people did it themselves and now I’m waiting for an interview date so it’s physically done best of luck

Hey guys my SD was Nov 28th and no CC yet dose anyone in the same date got CC

the IV fee and applicaiton is only 1 part (the visa applicaiton)

 

have you done the I864 (the support agreement)?

have you sent in the criminal investigation reports

have you sent in the IRS transcripts for the last 3 years of tax returns?

they do not start working on your packet until both fees and all documents they request are in

Thank you so much for your responses guys it was received in Nov 25th and we got a SD in Dec 1th so it’s been almost 3 weeks now
