    I believe that apostille stamp should be from the foreign affairs ministry. But I'm not sure about your country.

    I believe that it is number of times that u visited that matters because I read a case here in Ghana site about spouse that visited Ghana three time and that was still denied because of ''What common between them'' you should pray and get more evidence of ur relationship. Likewise inform your man to get police clearance certificate from Turkey because it is going to be requested. All the best in your journey.

    You don't need any app for screenshot. All u just need to do is that press power off button and volume button together at the same time on ur phone, You will get screenshot done or you can ask people who knows about the screenshot. About the WhatsApp chat records u can place it on word document after downloading it and send it to ur email, you can now rearrange it on word document. All the best for u.

    I believe that you need to fill affidavit of support which is i-864 form and W-2 at separate, one for the petitioner and one the co-sponsor if u have not given them before. You can call Nvc to discuss about the ds260 form issue with them. I wish you the best.

    Just thank God for your own. You can write USA embassy in Lagos to help send your interview letter through your email, because I was told last time by someone that the medical takes another two weeks to be ready. I wish you the best in your interview. We are still waiting for NVC for our case to complete.

    As long as it is issued by the correct signing authority, then a photocopy is fine. You don't need the receipt, just the required documentation.   All documentation sent to the NVC should be photocopies as all ORIGINALS should be brought to the interview.

     

    As mentioned above, you should really read the required documentation clearly listed on the nvc website per the link provided in the previous post.  Per the NVC reciprocity information for Nigeria, they state the required document for satisfying the police certificate is as follows:

     

     

     

    I attempted to get police clearance certificate through Greece embassy Abuja before where the embassy refused to grant me, I need to contacted my pastor in Greece who help me to meet lawyer. I only sent him authorization letter and the police clearance certificate was received. I believe u can get the Nigeria police clearance certificate that way since u are out of the country.

    That means NVC gave you checklists of police clearance certificate from Nigeria. I believe if u had already submitted Cyrus police clearance certificate,  you just need only Nigeria own. You don't need to show bank draft to Nvc, all u just need is to provide NVC copy of police clearance certificate from Nigeria through scanning and you will now take the original copy to the interview. I have someone at the police criminal record office who works at the fingerprint session. If u are interested I can send the person number to you. Wish u all the best.

    I believe that NVC meant police clearance certificate which must comes from your police penal criminal records. There always special office for that in each countries. I don't think they will accept the local police clearance certificate. You should try and call Nvc for further clarification. The reason why I said that is Nvc requested for the same police clearance certificate as checklists in our case, they requested for Greek police clearance certificate and Nigeria police clearance certificate, I was living in Greece before. I only got the greek police clearance from their ministry through lawyer.

    If the instructions that you were provided said to get an updated police certificate, you should. 

     

    To my knowledge for immigration purposes, they are good for one calendar year (despite the expiration date on the actual certificate).

    I believe that you should try and get another one for the interview Incase of anything.

    We are waiting for our checklist case to be complete by NVC, our checklists requested was received and scanned on the 1st of May,2017 by the NVC. They requested from my wife to make a correction from the affidavit of support about the size of the house and then send it to me for the interview. She is preparing to send it to me now, I just want to know if she can add any additional documents to what she will be sending to me, although we used co-sponsor in our filing process. Did I need to let her send me W2 and letter from her work to me also? And the co-sponsor too. We are just trying to prepare ahead for the interview because we really don't want further delay again. We just need guidelines from the members for the documents we should get to the embassy for the interview.
