my experience, the status had been changed when I walked out the office, receive the letter after one week. based in LA
-
apply the passport, when you get your passport and certificate back, bring to SSA update social, then go DMV update driver license if you have name changed. The last step is bank card.
Hope it works for you

Yes I think you need to disclose on Oath Ceremony date.
I attended my ceremony last 2 weeks at downtown LA, when I checked in, the officer did ask me if I had traffic or any citation from police.

I am living in LA area, Name change required, 12th done interview, 23rd oath ceremony. seems no delay in LA

Thx for all the members in this forum. My visa journey is finally almost done. I would like to share some information at the end.
I finished the N400 interview under 3 years marriage rule in San Bernadino Filed office this morning. When I finished the interview, the online status was already changed to Oath Ceremony Notice was mailed. The officer said the ceremony probably would be happened in next month.
During the interview, I requested Name Changed. the officer only checked my GC, Passport and driver license. No other documents needed.
I wanna talk about the popular question "Have you been cited by law enforcement". I DID NOT disclose my two traffic tickets in my application, when we reviewed the application, the officer also skipped this question, he just randomly picked up few questions from the form to ask me.
I personally asked him "do we need to disclose the traffic on the form even not related with DUI OR DRUG." He asked me, so you have tickets? I said yes and he just briefly reviewed the documents that I brought and said it was a gray area and YES, NEED TO DISCLOSE.
Here is my suggestion: Since the traffic tickets wouldnt harm your application so better to put it on. You can just go to your district court to ask the clerk to run a name search, they could provide you a certificate that listing all your ticket records and if is was paid (This service is free in LA COURT). Or spend 2 dollars get an online driving record to show your record. I did both.

You can go IRS website download tax return transcripts. It would be only 3-4 pages for each year in PDF format
I don't think you need to submit as much evidence as when you lifting condition. As long some co-mingling documents is quite enough.

I have a camera ticket and I am not even paying the fine while my N400 is still under process.. lol.. Here in Texas, even the governor is against these cameras and they are looking to ban these cameras for good!

you didnt take care of when you finish the interview?
I read some post that saying its ok you have a traffic ticket but just have to close it before interview

Yeah. Most of the cases that have been followed online from people that I have met have been processed very fast.
It really depends which field office you were sent to. My co-worker applied earlier than me but her case was assigned to LA office which was different as mine, so she hasnt been scheduled till now yet.

Hi
I am living in LA COUNTY and filed online in 11/26/2018. I got a online notification saying interview was scheduled on 03/08/2019.
It is showing 9 months waiting time on my USCIS account, didnt expect that I can get an interview that fast.

If you filed online, there is an option to add unsolicited information. You may upload 2015 tax return.
Could u tell me where the window is?

Ok, that's fast. Today I called at 11 am Pacific, 20-25 mins estimated wait so couldn’t get through. Unfortunately I’m not up at 6 am but I'll try before 6 pm Pacific before they close to see if I get more lucky. What options did you select in the menu?
Re speeding ticket, you are right 95% of people would have to select yes for the have you ever been ..., CITED,...question. My only concern is if they have visibility of it and then the IO will have an impression of one trying to omit information and maybe wondering what else was omitted from the application.
Many posts say because of the above that yes it should be included on the application but no supporting evidence/document is needed. To be on the safe side: take payment proof with us to interview in case IO wants to see it.
On the other hand, some posts say no need to mention it on N400 because they don’t care at all. I also second your sentiment that I would Iike my application to be as spotless as possible YET I also do not wish to possibly omit the speeding ticket and have the IO wonder what else is omitted (that is if they care AT ALL abt speeding tickets under $500, no alcohol, drug or injury involved, paid off fully)
So that is why I’m conflicted. Any thoughts (you or anyone)? Thanks a bunch!
I remember it’s option 1 2 then 6
i just asked an aussie friend, he said he ticked NO even tho he had speeding ticket and IO didn’t even ask him abt it
I do believe simple is the best. Don’t make it completicated as we all lifted the conditional green card already.

Congrats! Thank you!
How long were you on hold for with USCIS?
Re traffic ticket, what exactly did the lawyer say: do not need to include it on N400 >OR< do not need to provide documents for it when submitting N400?
I called 6am pacific time. Only hold 5-10 mins to speak to a rep
like previous posts said, as long didn’t get involved by drug or DUI, you would be good, IO would only pay attention if you didn’t payoff the fine. So I ticked NO for all that kinda questions
if traffic tickets counted, I do believe 95% applicants would need to tick YES.

I submitted N400 yesterday.
USCIS online account number, I called uscis to find out the number
for the traffic ticket, no need to disclose according to lawyer
tks
