I have completed my Dad's DS 261. But still waiting for next step after login for my Mom's Ds 261.

I called almost every single day. Finally i got Case number and IIN today. I used those information to login to NVC and go to next step what was DS-261 form. So i have completed and submitted that form. After submitting DS-261, i called again to review DS 261. He told me to call tomorrow. It wasn't updated on the system. So, i'm gonna call tomorrow

Not yet. But i could access DS-261 form and submitted today.

Start calling NVC. I only received hard copy of NOA2. Whenever i notified that my case was sent to NVC, i started calling NVC every single day. I got Case Number, IIN and completed DS-261 today. 

Approval Date on NOA 2 : 3/31/2017

Sent to NVC from USCIS : 04/11/2017

Received by NVC: 04/17/2017

Got Case number, IIN and submitted DS-261: 04/20/2017

My Dad's application : 

I got Case number and Identification Number over phone. I have completed and submitted DS-261. After that, i talked to NVC CS again. They didn't verify DS-261. Told me to wait for few more days.  

My Mom's application :

I got Case number and Identification Number over phone. I tired to login to NVC website. It did. But it didn't go to next step (DS-261). It is showing following messages,

I already talked to NVC CS. She asked about my email. I provided those information. She told to wait few more days to open DS-261 options. 

Need advice, i submitted both applications on same time.

I do uber and lyft. Its self employed. I will send tax return and transcripts . But do i need to send income proof of last few months? Because that would be only proof of income, not proof of Profit. Please advise

Did you call NVC?

I got NOA 2 few days before. NOA 2 notice date is March 31, 2017.

But there is nothing on online USCIS case status. I called USCIS this morning. They tried to transfer me to different department. But they couldn't. Because other department is too busy, can't accept transfer call. I tired to contact USCIS to when they sent my file to NVC. I called NVC too. They haven't received yet. They told me to wait till 6 Weeks. Any advice on this?

I know you need some information. But you may help me about my case. I got NOA 2 couple days back, and NOA 2 notice date was March 31, 2017. I called NVC. They told me, they haven't received yet. It will take upto 6 Weeks. How many time you have to call NVC to get those information? Please advice what should i do?

I applied for my parents on 6th September, 2017. There wasn't any update. But they have approved these cases on March 31, 2017. I got NOA2 notices on mail couple days back. What i think, if Nebraska Service Center doesn't transfer your case to different Service Center, that means you won't get any update through online, email or sms. You will just get NOA 2 through. You might get approval notice anytime soon. Best of Luck

Is anyone sponsored AOS as Uber or Lyft driver? What NVC wants it's impossible to get from Uber and Lyft. Like "A contract between you as an independent contractor and a company."

Still waiting for NOA 2   USCIS received on 9/9/16 for mom and dad (Nebraska). It's frustrating.
