I made copies of all the originals we used in filing our Petitions, and more to prove Domicile intent to re establish Domicile. We have pretty much everything in order. We just mainly need to get the case numbers, complete the DS-260s, schedule our interviews, and register with St. Luke's Medical Extension Center, and get on with the program without any delays hopefully!

We will be happy to receive the case numbers! Department of State are escalating our case to the people higher up to help us figure out how to deal with the Police Clearance from Lebanon. They will provide some guidance for us, and we haven't heard back from them since they told us that. We are supposed to be getting an email from them about it. So I hope things keep moving, and I hope the Police clearance doesn't delay us in our progress towards getting our visas!

Police clearance shouldn't have anything to do with your case numbers. You were already approved so the case numbers should be coming regardless. You do need that police clearance before your interview though otherwise they might defer you until you get it (I wouldn't chance it). But you need the case numbers so you can do your medical examinations.

Well, it's Philippine Holidays (Holy Week) next week so it will prolong the case number waiting time since all the process are done in the USEM Manila.

Thank you! I will keep that in mind if it takes too long to get our Case Numbers. I don't think we will get them until they sort out the Police Clearance from Lebanon. And as soon as that is resolved I think we will probably get them. I'm just guessing?

Took me around 3 weeks to get our case numbers. I logged into our ustraveldoc account and left "feedback" asking about the case numbers around the 3 week mark and got the case numbers shortly after.

Yes, I believe 30 days is a pretty good expectation. Don't stress too much about it, it's DCF. What could go wrong? They check all your papers before you can even file so you guys getting RFE is a slim chance. (RFE prolongs it)

Those 3-5 days approval are really secluded cases and probably got lucky that the current work load weren't that high so they had faster processing.

Did the March 8 filler get his approval of notice yet? (NOA2 is what regular filler calls it)
221g, Proof of domicile. They do focus on that if you're a DCF.
My visa is going to be delivered today, thankfully. It only took a few days after I sent the proof of domicile documents for them to issue my visa.

I agreed.   The key is to pray for the right person, giving them the benefit of the doubt..signing any federal documents aren't so easy on their part. We are waiting for the approval and will go to our next step.  One step at a time.  And be humble to admit our weakness.  Let's wait upon the Lord, our God reigned forever.  Let's not lose hope on this.  It will make our marriage more stronger as we put our trust in Him.   It didn't run smoothly at first, rough times was inevitable but its all worth it by God's grace slowly getting there again.

As far as we know yes.  We did this processed before but getting a joint sponsor was hard to tarry those days.  If God permitted those days we first processed my green card, and had a joint sponsor, we wouldn't be here in this forum anymore.  But, God is good.  He is in control, He is our sponsor, He already provided, we just need to do our part by faith this will be done according to His will. And we are glad meeting you all :).

    Hi Eiramana,

Good day!  Waiting is the hardest thing to do.  Either it makes us impatience or being more patience. Had a shared of the latter.  USCIS Manila many times, and same response we received to wait. Even called USCIS main (long distance) but voice prompt and waiting for the agent to answer was causing us so much phone bills. So, today we will choose to be more patience on them just like my husband was saying, "its good to wait and be patient".

I've  been tracking some of the post and people who experienced a speedy processed filed their papers last quarter of 2016 were those who mostly experienced a weeks approval or shorter.  But for some who filed it last December to January of this year, the processed took them a month or within 30 days as USCIS Manila were advising us.  So, I suggest let's keep our bar of expectation higher and be praying for each of us.

Filed ours last February 3 of this year

Hi Good day.  Thank you for this very informative forum.  We would like to know if petitioner/applicants from this forum encountered this kind of response from USCIS Manila after days of filing the I-130?

"Thank you for contacting USCIS Manila. Your I-130 petition is currently lined up for review. Please note our adjudication process takes 30 to 90 days upon receipt. You will be notified in writing as soon as final determination is completed."

Our DCF for I-130 was filed and accepted by USCIS Manila last February 3, 2017.

    Thank you so much,
Linking everyone here to our family's USCIS journey from Fiancee Visa to Spouse Visa. Hope this might help others.

We are waiting in Roxas City, unable to go home yet because I am not healed sufficiently. This is day 19 since we filed our Petitions! We are watching, hoping, praying, and waiting each day, wishing this would be the day. So far I am not getting the email that I want notifying me that our Petitions are approved! but it will come, and we will be so happy! We will then be waiting for our Manila Case Numbers so that we can complete the DS-260 online, schedule our appointments, schedule with St. Luke's, and complete the process. My wife has taken the CFO Seminar, and she only needs the sticker when she gets her visa! We have the certificate that she completed that meeting. Then our 14 year old needs the peer counseling and the sticker, and our 9 year old needs simply to get the sticker! It is difficult to wait, but we are waiting. I am not healed well yet, but I still want to get the notification of the approval of our Petitions we filed February 22, 2018! We are mostly ready now for the interviews, just needing to print and copy. We are hoping to hear today before this day is finished!

We wanted to update everyone on our progress.  We finally got our case number after 87 days from the day we filed DCF.   Perhaps a few letters to our state congressmen helped.   We just completed our interview this morning and we were APPROVED.     We plan to post all the details of our journey for others to learn about.  Especially as it relates to the latest DCF filing.  Things have definitely changed with regards to the DCF process.  We noticed that there were plenty of appointments available within 7 days of the day we received the case number.

For anyone else who might have been approved but had not gotten their case numbers I suggest you log into your ustravel docs account and "leave feedback" which is basically opening a ticket. Tell them that you have not yet received your case number if it has already been longer than three weeks.
I submitted my IR-1 I-130s Dec 28th 2017, was approved by Jan 12 1018 and got my case numbers by Feb 9th 2018 shortly after creating a ticket on the ustraveldocs website. Hope that helps other people waiting for their case numbers.
