Are you referring to I-864?
You will need a joint sponsor (friend or family) If your parents are willing to co-sponsor, they will need to complete I-864A.
You will also need to write a letter explaining the absence of tax return.
Im back, how i said im a f2a filer with priority date march 25-2016, my i 130 got approved on july 18-2016, 115 days after.
Around august 2016, i got a letter from uscis stating that they will forward my case to NVC since my case got aproved.
Around 12 of september 2016 i got another letter from NVC stating that they will forward my case to the consulate of U.S. Down in my country (colombia) where my wife resides.
Eventually in october 2016, i got my last letter stating that my case is already in the u.s. consulate in bogota colombia already with a new case number.
I had called NVC to find out whats my next step, they verify my uscis case wac×××××××× my name, the beneficiary's name, then they said i have to wait until my case get about to get current, about 2 months before since i am a f2a filer for further process
