Omg sandra thats is soo awesome, maybe they are so behind that they save time approving vawa without interview now, since that interview seems most of the time already approved.im hoping, when did he get approved or when di his case got transfer to a local office, what state? So many questions but i just cant wait for my turn, i know Gods timing is perfect but it excites me to know is coming closer

Soo they finally updated the uscis processing times, it says as March 31, i wonder why do they only update until 2 months prior current date, i know their times are not that accurate but i wonder if real time is really counting those 2 months difference ir if they are currently working on the date stated as Mach, for example phoenix says as march they are working on september 27, so my question would be if that is really about march or thats what they are right now

Well im glad my sister was lucky not to wait, i guess it is the unknown game! Yes she sent dec 21st and her receipt is 23rd, her work permit just arrived last week, her case changed to ready for interview on feb and last monday was already scheduled, hopefully phoenix is going faster now i am dec 5th but receipt shows 21st

Thank you, so the cases on my local office are schedule different vawa from marriage AOS, are they schedule in different order? Or in the order they are received both together? I am asking this because my sister filed Aos trought marriage on december 22, 2016 and she has already an interview date for june 7th, so assuming my case is in local office would they put it on the line for Aos or is there a waiting line for marriage and a different from vawa haha i dont know if im explaining myself sorry

I know i need to be patient but as i told you before i have medical condition that was affecting me big time, i wanted to fill an application to expedite but ny condition just changed, o got a job offer and would have to move over sea inside of united states but still 8 hours away flight, and i will hve to move next month, so im a nervious wreck right now because i dont want to change address and make a longer wait, but if i leave like this i will be worry all the time not knowing how far or near is the interview. I wonder why dont they update their procesing times at least to current month

Sandra i do understand that vermont ships to nbc then to local office but mine was sent on december 5th to vermont, receipts say dec 21st, then feb 13 got an update saying it shipped to a different office and letter said it was to nbc, but the machine says it is in vermont, so i am not sure if they sent it back to vermont after it was already on nbc or what happened, also you said it takes 30/40 days to ship to local office and since feb 13 til now is almost 90 days, is that normal or do you think it is already at local office, do they send any further notificacions or just wait for the interview letter?

Hello, i dont know how to quote the person in refering to, but for the one asking about the change of address: USCIS requires you to update your address everytime you move, but it is only a form you send or you can do it online, my personal advice would be do that before the interview then go to the already scheduled interview and once approved you tell them that you have moved and send it to the new address and that you already updated your address online, but im not an expert thats what i would do, i know a girl from another forum with the same situation, she had interview last december but she didnt go and sent a letter requiring to move the interview to current state, now is march and she hasnt receive a new apt date, so it will just delay your date

How long it took you from nbc to local office? And whats your local office? Also, did you get 2 different notifications from both offices or only nbc then interview?

Sorry i have to ask this again, nobody replied and i dont want to wait any longer because cases are taking way too long, if Sandra could help me i would appreciate it but if anyone else knows the answer please help me out, how can i send an addendum for an application that it is already at national benefits center? Do i just write a cover letter with the addendum on it? And also whats the address? Pleaseeeee

Hello, i have a question, i hope someone knows about it, so i received my combo card under my married name yesterday, but got divorced last monday, i was thinking of just keeping it that way until the interview for 485, but i think it will be too much troubles bc officially i hve to switch to maiden name on everything else, question is: Do i return the page with divorce decree and writte down the petition to change my last name? Do i send a fee? Where do i send it to? Also is that possible to send the divorce decree to NBC as well? I know there is more than one question but i hope you guys can help me!

So let me tell you, i sent my package 765, 131, 485 on dec 5, on feb 7 they sent a rfe for passport, resent on feb 8 amd got 2 updates on feb 13, one saying they got my rfe and second they transfered my 485 to a uscis office. I got the letter 3 days later saying my case was transfered to NBC for fastes processingand they will let me know the desicion, i called today to ask for my priority date since it has 2 dif dates on receipt, and the machine says my last update is that my case was sent to vermont for processing, the ldy who answered said she doesnt know where is my case bc is not stated online, and for 765 i need to wait 60 days after rfe received, anyone had that happen before? Having the case sent back to vermont in the same day i got the receipt saying it was on nbc? Or is the answering machine not accurate

Im confused, so this topic moved somewhere else? If so does anyone have the link? 

Hello just and update, i just receive the letter on the mail saying my case was transfered to NBC Lee summit to speed up the process and they will let me know the decision have few questions.

1. So now NBC will make the decision or they still need to send my case to Arizona?

2. Receipt date says December 21st but notice date is feb 13th, which one is ny priority date?

3.how long is from here to get my interview?

Sorry to many questions but i cant wait to move on with my life and have not gotten my EAD yet so kind of frustrated seeing other cases moving so quick
