My husband's  EAD card expires on 4/13/18. Last Application was received 2/27/17. Should we apply for renewal and if so what all needs to be included?

Hey! Anyone know how long after biometric do we get our EAD?? My husband did his biometrics on 3/14. We are kind of desperate for him to start working.

as far as I know, you're allowed in with electronics, as long as they're turned off.

Do you guys know if I am able to finance a car with him as the primary finance? I can be the cosigner.  He has a drivers license and a social security already, but now my parents like to make a down payment on a car and make him the primary.

Hey! I just received the texts/emails of notification from USCIS that they received my package got it today, February 15th, and sent everything February 3rd (got notice from USPS that the package was delivered on the 6th) if that's of any help. 

It's supposed to take under 90 days, but lately it's been taking up to 120 days.  Yes, once you have it, you can travel out of the country (i.e. you will be allowed to re-enter the country).

Hi Diego, I received the USCIS Acceptance Confirmation email/text 3 days after they actually received it but I believe it is different for everybody 

if you log in online and set up alerts, they send it out to you as soon as something is up.it's the fastest way to receive updates. i always get it first, then email then the notice comes later.
