So, I filed on December 27th 2019. Received a notice that they had recieved in in Feb 2020. Didnt hear anything back since then. Just literally checked my mail now at 11.00pm and found I have a approval letter for removal of conditions. My new greencard will be here within 60 days. So hang in there guys. The end is near! 

My Greencard is being delivered tomorrow. Priority date 08/07/17. 🙌

It was extremely short. He asked me to confirm my Name, address and mother and fathers names. Then asked if I've ever been arrested or been part of a criminal investigation. Asked for copies of our daughters birth certificate, rental agreement, Marraige certificate and bank statement and then said it was an easy case for him and to expect my greencard in the mail between 2 weeks and two months. 

So had my Interview today and was Approved. 🙌 It took less than 10 minutes 😊 Over the moon.

Everything looks quiet here. I am wondering if anyone has done their interview recently?  My service office is in CT and the website says they're working currently in files of February 1st. So long wait for me (August filer). I would love to hear good news from you. I am also wondering if the interview is gonna be hard or what should I prepare (documents) for it? 

 

 

I've got my Interview coming up on Thursday! Field office is Milwaukee. I was an August filer also. Regarding documents they send you a letter type checklist stating what they want however of you can get your hands on things which aren't date relevant such as joint bank accounts, joint health insurance accounts, joint rental agreements etc that should help you as you will need those. Also prepare pictures of the two of you together and conversations but this can wait till closer the time. They also requested birth certificates, our passports or id's, children's birth certificates, police records if you've ever been you arrested or charger and then the standard stuff (Affidavit and tax information if not already submitted). 

Hey guys, so it's been a while since I posted. I thought I'd check in with an update. So I've got my Interview on Feb 15th Nervous but I'm sure it'll be fine. Just seeing some of your posts. My status never changed to ready to be Scheduled. It went straight from recieved further evidence screen to your interview has been scheduled. I have my fingers crossed for those of you who haven't recieved your EAD's yet. Hang in there, the wait is almost over ✌

We got a "missed delivery notice" ( I assume it must be certified mail) from the USPS but under my husband's name (the petitioner). We are still waiting for the mail to be redelivered. 

 

Anyone who has got the EAD can tell if this may possibly from the USCIS? But again, this mail is delivering to the petitioner.

I don't want to tell you it definitely isn't your EAD but mine came in my name. Can you not go collect it from the post office at the end of the day? Sending luck to you xx

Congrats. Bet you're relieved. No more dealing with uscis for a while.

So you got your combo card in 4 days after receiving the approval notice? I hope we receive the combo card that fast too.

Thank you. My online status still says Card in Production lol. I've got a job lined up so after Christmas I'll be starting

My EAD combo card came today 🙌 Exactly 109 days after application recieved. No word on my interview yet though but I'm just glad my card came.

I'm so happy!   How long does it take them to mail them?  Also I noticed they didn't update my status in the system.  My USCIS app still says received.

I got my Aproval notices 2 days ago and still waiting. It's been exactly 7 days since my status changed to Card in Production and is still on Card is in production.

I sent in a service request for expedite as my father was sick but they didn't even ask for any sort of evidence. The day after the service request it had gone through the stages and was marked as complete. I called a few days later and they told me it was under review. Then 2 days (?) I got the change of status that my card was in production. So 11 days since I did the expedite request till now. 

No offical PD date on my documents but they received my applications on August 7th.

Turns out it was the NOA for The EAD and AP approval. Another day of waiting 😭😭😭😭

I checked my informed delivery. I've got two letters from USCIS arriving today. My mail isn't delivered till around 3pm so wish my luck guys. Hoping this is my EAD card and hopefully a letter for interview.

Oh and I recieved RFIE on October 2nd for I-485. It appears it didn't reset my timeline as others had initially believed.

Filed on August 4th, recieved on August 7th. Bio done on Sept 5th

Do you guys by any chance have the number to fax over the evidence? Did you have to include a cover letter? I applied for expedited AP due to my father being sick but the officer never took my email and so now I'm having to wait until I receive the letter to send in the documents. Did you expedite through MSC? 

Hi, 

I have been accepted to expedite my Advance Parole due to my father being very Ill back in London. When I called to put the service request in the IO forgot to take my email and so now I'm having to wait until I receive a letter in order to send in my evidence ie Doctors letter. I called back and they have said to me that I should wait for the letter which will give me the fax number.

Does anyone have the fax number in which you need to send the documents. Id rather send the documents beforehand rather than wait a week for the letter to come. I've also heard about expedite requests being outright denied due to "lack of evidence" which I'm trying to avoid. 

Any help would be appreciated.

I believe so because its based on 75 days or if it's past processing date. Based upon processing date I believe you should be able to make a service request. Try it online, it won't let you submit it if it's before the processing date.
