  1. Thank you, and I will keep you all updated.
  2. I will wait and see then Thank you so much.
  3. Yes, I have met her multiple times in 2024 and onetime recently in 2025, and we have plenty of pictures and evidence together. I believe everything will be ok at least I am going to listen and get fully ready and prepared. I have one question: should I confirm or ask the embassy via email what they want exactly? or this action is not necessary at this time. Thank you, all. I do appreciate you.
  4. Yes, I sent these materials separately, myself, directly to Cairo in advance of your interview. They did not ask for it to be sent. Still, though they could just return it without the 221g letter, right? I mean, should I contact them or wait and see in July?
  5. Thank you. Since no one has heard or experienced such circumstances before, should I question them through emails? Or even ask what we should prepare exactly since they sent us back all the pictures, chat, tickets, etc.? I mean, was it wrong that we sent pictures before the interview?
  6. More than two years. Suppose they are fixing to issue NOID, why are they keeping the interview appointment? Why did they return our pictures and ask us to have them at the interview?
  7. I hope it was a mistake. 1. Yes, it was my evidence with my fiancé printed on A3 size paper. 2. Yes, but we added more pictures and evidence, and they returned everything to us. What is your advice far from collecting more evidence? Is that normal that they sent us our pictures or evidence back? Why are they keeping the interview then? And requesting to provide everything at the interview itself? Should I contact them via email directly? Should I question everything?
  8. Do you think it could be a mistake? Last week, they sent me an email with our interview to be in the next few months. Then today they sent us the form of 221g in white color. We have never had an interview yet. They sent us our pictures back and asked us to bring them to the interview. Our case still says "Ready".
  9. Why? Are we the first ones to have this type of circumstance? You never heard of it. Why does not sound good?
  10. Everything, such as photos, screen shots of chat, calls, videos, flight tickets, and prints out. It was all printed on A3 paper, which is more larger size of paper. They sent it all back to us.
  11. Well, I am speechless because the relationship and the proof are so solid. Did you hear about the paper color codes of the 221G?
  12. My fiancé and I never had any in-person interviews; that's the first interview. we had submitted everything, and they sent us back the pictures and tickets for flights. They ask us to bring proof of relationship back at the first interview in July.
  13. You are right. Yes, it says in Arabic, bring proof of the relationship to the interview appointment. They sent us back our pictures, and they did not circle any x boxes.
  14. Thank you - Even if we provided more than enough evidence regarding our relationship?
  15. Hello all, Did anyone receive any similar forms like us, which stated that our application was refused under A "221(g)" visa refusal, as in the attached file. Even though we have submitted everything, they sent us back our pictures, and they mentioned that my fiancé needs to bring evidence of our relationship to the interview. Is that a normal process at the Cairo, Egypt embassy? Also, they scheduled our appointment for July. Can we ask the embassy to have an earlier appointment? Thanks.
  16. If I am a head of household and I have one of my parents on my house right now as a dependent should I disclose this on my Form I-134?
  17. Thank you very much. The case is "Ready" now. My fiance and I didn't receive any email about what to do next. I mean we have not received anything yet from the embassy. Should I contact them directly or wait one or two more weeks? It is located in Egypt, do you know how long it may take them to contact me or if you have any time tracker for Egypt? Regarding the documents, should I have copies, or do they need original documents such as birth certificates, etc?
  18. I got my email reply from NVC and they provided me with the case and invoice ID number. they stated the following: "The National Visa Center (NVC) received your fiancé (e)’s/spouse’s approved I-129F petition from U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS). NVC will now forward the petition to the U.S. Embassy or Consulate in Cairo, Egypt. Please note that the transfer process can take several weeks. The U.S. Embassy or Consulate will contact your fiancé (e)/spouse when they are ready to process his or her petition. Next steps: Go to our website http://nvc.state.gov/k1 to learn how to apply for a K visa and prepare for the visa interview." So my questions are: 1- Should I wait till the status changes from "Transit" to "Ready" before starting DS 160? or can I just complete the DS 160 and schedule the interview while I am in Transit? 2- How long may it take the embassy to change from "Transit" to "Ready". 3- Am I going to get a welcome letter to create an account on CEAC? 4- What should I do to be proactive with the case? Thank you.
