mine is under 3 y, but i'm sure i'm not going to have an interview 3- 4 months after filling, because if this is the case i should have my interview letter now,

Why is an interview even required? I mean we filled a 21 page application, for what? They have can pull up our work/criminal/travel history whenever they want. As far as the English and civic test go, we should be able to go to a local school/college and take it there. I don't see why interview is required.

Will be looking at nov-December fillers to see the trend now on, but i am not sure if most of them even visit this site anymore.... you know what i am not looking  anyone actually atleast for 3 weeks... I think have milk and sleep like pig works for me

nah, you HAVE gone crazy, you just don't notice it here because everyone else here have gone crazy too.

They took my money order two weeks ago, no luck yet buhahahah

Some big states and cities have mutiple offices... most dont... thats why i said with few exceptions 

Not necessarily, I had my fp at a support center. They only do biometrics, nothing else case related. You can look up the address where you did your fp, the uscis site has lists of what services each office provides. For interviews I have to go to downtown LA usually

Got an email this morning saying my interview has been scheduled. Letter in the mail.

Processing times at Washington dc are quicker than many other field offices but after you do fingerprints your case is put on hold till fbi clears background check...two individuals at same field offices with same time fingerprints appointments can see a huge difference in when they are placed in line as it takes different times for fbi to clear background checks on different individuals....many factors including if your name matches with someone, your country of origin, countries you have visited, no. of states you have lived,if any criminal record and so on ... affects your background check I believe....also uscis doesn't put you inline if you have more than 1 month remaining of your 3rd or 5th gc anniversary even if you clear background check.... good luck hopefully your status changes soon
