    US Citizen want a Name Change

    Hi can some one please help me with their knowledge.  I am a US citizen by neutralization and I want to change my name back to my maiden name after a divorce. I am currently requesting through my state court for change of name, but  do I need to file the N565 form and pay $555? 😮 because this is a lot just to let USCIS know I changed my name and to get the necessary documents to file for a new USA passport with my changed name in it (I currently have the one with my married name and it will nor expire until 2027).

    Hi I received my letter of approval today in the mail, it says my Removal of Conditions are approved and within 60 days i should receive my green card and paper work with assistance available to me as a now permanent resident.

    Hi everyone i filed ROC, on february 8th,2016 and it was received at the VSC and they are way pass my date on their processing time yet still i hv not gotten any reply. I called uscis and got transferrd to a immigration officer who told me i should see something in the mail soon, but this was from 3 weeks ago. Still nothing. Only thing i got was aletter saying i called to query and i should give 40-60 days because my case is pending adjudication.   Are there Any VSC 2016 february filers here in the same wait tank?

    This is so true, the VSC recieved mines February 8th 2016 ROC. And my conditional GC extension letter will expire May 7th. No word. Called and got transfered to an immigration officer and they mailed me a automated letter say the case is waiting adjudication I should wait 40-60 days 😲 and i check their processing time and it is at february 27th.
