    Here is my timeline:

    Approved at USCIS: April 10th

    Sent to NVC: April 20th

    Received at NVC: April 25th

    Assigned Case Number: May 9th

Received Welcome Email from NVC: May 9th

(This email told me I am required to use CEAC and gave me my case number and Invoice number)

    Paid AOS/IV Bills: May 9th

AOS/IV Bills marked as Paid: May 11th

DS-260 and I864 submission becomes available: May 11th

Now that the bills are marked as paid, I am able to submit my DS-260 and I-864 and supporting AOS documents.

I am guessing once I complete my DS-260 I will be able to upload my Civil Documents and have it processed at NVC.

All in all a pretty fast process so far.

Here is a screenshot of the CEAC website. (I am currently in the process of finishing my DS-260)

    Sent to NVC: April 20th

    Received at NVC: April 26th

    Assigned Case Number: May 9th

Received Welcome Email from NVC: May 9th

    Paid AOS Bills: May 9th

    Paid IV Bills: May 10th

How many days did it take to receive the email from the date your case number was assigned?

and Did you give your email address over the phone to an agent? if not (as Cat_Dad described you can add the email address on the website), how could your wife receive the email from NVC?

Thank you so much for your reply in advance.

Our case was recieved by NVC on April 26, but it was assigned on May 9th. We just got a welcome email with our case number and Invoice number.

I logged into the system and made the payments. Waiting now for the status to change from "In Progress" to "Paid".

When I check my Visa Case Status though, it says "Action required: Complete Form DS-260"

  3. Hey December folks,

    WE GOT APPROVED!!! :)

My wife checked the mail today and got the NOA2. Man are we super excited! We were having a rough week and this was the best way to end our week.

We didn't get any email or text message notification, nor did the app or even USCIS website show the update. Still says "Case was received"

I would keep an eye on your mail and not worry much about the email or app notification.

Have a great week guys and girls :)

I downloaded the Case Tracker app by Stephen Aldous. How do I track that many cases? Is there an option for that? I'm tracking my own individual case but how do I track multiple cases i.e. 800 cases?

    I track 200 cases at a time.

On the bottom next to the tab that says "My Case" should be the "search" tab. Click on that tab, input a case and then set the search limit amount up to 500. Don't track 500 repeatedly as your IP address will get flagged by USCIS and won't be able to look up cases for a few days. Ask me how I know ?

    Potomac as well.

Hoping it goes quick since the wife is wife is pregnant in US. I've already made a trip down and had no issues crossing over. Thinking about doing it next month again by bus for her next ultrasound appointment.

Has anyones time line line changed recently? Mine says March 13-29

This is such a miracle. Woke up to see my case has been approved by Nebraska. They received my case on Dec 28 and I was hoping to wait till June or July since Nebraska was like middle of nowhere. I still can't believe my eyes. It was approved on Feb 15, but still what a perfect gift from god for valentine! Truly blessed!!

Which service center was your I-130 at?

Im checking the app and VJ for any possible updates.

o man that's rough, but you're from Canada so you shouldn't have a problem visiting, if anything that's good proof of legitimate relationship :D

Yes it's pretty rough. But I was able to travel to the US and currently am here visiting. I'm hoping there was some sort of way to expedite this so I can be there closer to the due date.

I have been tracking random cases through the Case Tracker app and seeing some movement in September 30 range at Potomac.
