Just use your account statements or ask them to write a letter stating they don't issue "an account statement letter" and attach that letter with your other statements. LOL
Congrats on your progress.
Jim
Jim, I can't believe you're still waiting on that NOA2. I logged back in just to check on you. They need to get their together at USCIS.

The first Feb approval here.

Thanks, Jim. I hope you get yours this week, too. It can't be too much longer, for Pete's sake.

Will do. And I am rooting for everyone else. I know how frustrating and hard the wait is.

Many RFE's already today. Not sure if I want one of those or not. Though at this point, any sign that our petition hasn't been misplaced, lost, burned, flushed etc would be welcomed.

Does anyone know what time all those approvals came in last night?

After work last night the first thing I did was break out my phone and open the USCIS app. I have my case selected and then 8 other adjacent case #s to mine. 5 before, 3 after. So I refresh and I see a bunch of "received"s change to "approved". I get excited and start searching for my case #. I find it. "Received". Of the 9 cases, including my own, 5 were approved yesterday. My NOA 1 date is Nov. 7th. Disappointed, obviously, but getting closer! Maybe tonight. Best of luck to everyone.

At this point I'd be willing to work on the border wall if it meant getting our NOA 2 faster.
Jim
Pick me up on your way down.

Thanks for the info, but just to clarify that illegals is not a noun. You can say undocumented families/people/folks.
Wishing you all NOA2s soon!
And all this time I've been using "illegal alien"!

Well it was a bit of sarcasm. The timelines here on VJ for approvals has been WAY off.
Originally mine said approval by Dec 8th. I have NOA 1 of November 2nd it has been pushed forward time and time again.
we are day 78 now.
Jim
Oh I'm a dope. In my defense, I have been sick.

Good news per your timeline you should be approved today
Per my timeline I should be approved 6 days ago
Well 2 more hours from now we will have some info one way or another.
Jim
Really? I keep hearing conflicting information. Some people say months. I don't know what to believe. I hope you're right. Thanks for the boost because I am feeling rather despondent at the moment.

They spent about 4 weeks approving about zero I-129F's in late December and early January. That is why there is a back up now.
I think next week we will see them back on track with 30-50 approvals a day or I may just be in dreamland as I've made failed predictions for CSC in the past.
Jim
Ugh.

OOPs. I used up my allotted searches for the day.
I'll have to try that VPN app thing but I'm not familiar with it.
oh well.
Jim
Me too. I work the next two days so I will try to keep my browser window away and iphone away from uscis.com!

when you get the list of all the i129s in the 500 case numbers after your own it will give details of the current status beneath each case number and the date upon which that status became true. so if a case number has 'request for further information' beneath the case number and today's date on the right hand side - that's how you know an rfe was issued today. you don't need to click on the case number.
Ah. Now, I got it. Although I'm likely now to go mad playing around with petition numbers and dates.

Thanks. I see what you are talking about but I can't see how you can tell that any one case received a RFE today. If I click on anyone else's case #, the app asks me if I want to add them to my cases???
I've gone to the website and started punching in case #'s after and before mine and it is not encouraging.

Oh good, that is the one.
Just click on the (search magnifying glass) then at top it will say "start receipt" enter your WAC# and count is default to 500.
Hit (search) it will then slowly pull up all the cases from the WAC number you enter plus 500
After that click (I-129F) we don't care about other case types.
It should show you a list of all I-129F's you can click (date sort) or (case#sort) to change the order.
Hope this is making sense.
Jim

Is that IPhone or Android?
What does the APP Icon look like?
I'm only familiar with IPHONE .
There have been post in the last 24 hours of both IPHONE and Android app screen shots on this thread.
Jim
I use the iphone app. The icon is a vertical American flag with a round eagle emblem on of it.

Hi SeanRN,
You can find it on IPHONE or Android Apps USCIS case Tracker - Iphone version has photo of US Flag and Eagle
Jim
All I can find on the app is they're processing I-29/K-1 and K-2 "Not yet married - fiance and/or dependent child" petitions "as of" August 16th, 2016.
Philippine Airlines (Covid 19) 2-year Voucher - Experiences?
in Philippines
Posted
Hello Everyone, last April my wife and I and our two children were all set to fly back to the Philippines to visit her family. Three days before we were all set to fly out of LAX, the Philippines went back into lockdown and the flights were canceled by the Airloine. Philippines Airlines gave us the option of a refund (6 month wait) or a voucher. We took the voucher. We're now looking on making that trip. The tickets cost us over $3,000, so I'm just wondering if anyone has had any experience using these vouchers they might be willing to share. Salamat!
