Wow hopefully he could send it back that same day to get. Am sure it's their mistake.  But yes yesterday my husband receives the mail. So uscis does not accept the marriage certificate we sant we need to send another one. We have to order their original.  And they also requested the i130A from us.

Thank you. He's sending it back on Monday. I hope you can get all the docs soon! Praying for everyone's fast process!

    @sher-sunshine

Hello.  I just got my RFE as well .New website.  How long did you actually received the postal mail for instructions? 2 or week?

Hi, I'm sorry to hear you got RFE also. We haven't received it yet but I read somewhere it usually takes about 2 weeks if I remember correctly. Hope it's just a small thing so that we can respond right away! I'll post here when I receive it and what it says. Fingers crossed!

It's been updated but why is the date now April 29,2017? It's less than before. Does that mean they are behind

I remember when they updated the page 2 times ago, it said "as of October 31, processing I-130 is March 31” so I guess April 29 is about right :( I got so excited to know they put July 1 last month tho...

    Have you checked this page?

    http://www.visajourney.com/timeline/monthly_filers.php?form=2&visa=3&scenter=6&option=1&sortby=2

You can see people who got NOA1 last August are now getting approved so the average processing time seems 6 months. Now I rely on this page more.

  4. Hi, guys!

Hope everyone's case is going well.

    So we need help here...

We filed k1 by ourselves, no lawyer.

    I-129f Sent : Feb 24, 2017

    I-129f Received : Feb 25, 2017

Money Order cashed : About 1 week later

No NOA1 for over 1 month...

Called USCIS and found out petitioner's last name on his birth certificate was different from the ones written on all forms he sent. That is why we didn't get NOA1 for so long.

Then, he found out 2 birth certificates with 2 different last names exist somehow. So he got a right one and sent it with another I-129f(he added his wrong last name as other names used) as he was told to do by USCIS call center.

Correct Birth Certificate and I-129f Sent : May 4, Received : May 11

No NOA1 or anything at all for 2months...

The petitioner keep calling Customer Service, asking them what is going on and all he gets from them is "We don't know." "There is no receipt number for you."

We have no idea what is going on or what we can do right now. Also, it's been over 2years now since we last met each other (It was before 2years when we applied).

    Does anyone have similar experience?

Does anyone know what we should do?

    Any help will be appreciated!
