You mentioned previously that you filed in September. Just wanted to let you know we got our interview notice (in the mail, no e-mail or text) for late February, so you should be getting your soon hopefully! Keep your eye on the mailbox!
 
A few questions for others:
Does anyone know what documentation is valid for showing eligibility for lawful permanent status? Is a copy of the passport page with K-1 visa enough? I submitted the I-864 with the AOS application. Should I still bring most recent tax info and/or letter from employer? The notice asks for "original and copy of each supporting document submitted with application. Otherwise, we make keep your originals for our records." Did anyone submit all their AOS supporting evidence again?  

Hi all, my fiance had her interview today. CO said she would have her visa within the week. They did take her passport.
Some questions:
Does that mean she passed? If you fail the interview, do they not take your passport? Has there been an instance where even if you fail the interview, they take the passport anyway and tell you later? Older threads seems to suggest they ask the interviewee to fill out a delivery form for the visa. My fiance was not asked this. However, when we applied for our interview appointment online, the online form asked if we wanted it delivered to fiance's home, we checked "yes" and filled out the address. Is this just a change in process? Thanks.
