Hey. I know I got the same response yesterday . I don’t know what does review department mean? Does it mean it is under review?? I don’t know how some of you  get to know exactly when it went to review department. To me she said my wait time begins from 30th November which is my scan date.

The good news is NVC is moving at a steady pace. We had something in exactly 6 weeks! 

 

Does anyone know what happens if you send mail over the weekend? Do they sign for it or... ?

They do transfer your case to the NVC, however NVC requires you to submit them just to get un updated version of the financial documents( you know it takes more than a year sometimes to get a visa). 

Yes get your IRS taxes and any other supporting documents. When you send the package explain to them why you didn't submit the w2 or any other missing document.

You can send scanned copy of your approval notice to nvcresearch@state.gov 

Don’t forget to mention beneficiary’s name and DOB and petitioner’s name.

It didn’t help in my case. They just told me to send the scanned copy of my approval letter to them but my petition reached nvc before their reply to my email. You should first call uscis and ask if they have forwarded your petition to nvc.

Hello. I was approved in September and have already submitted AOS and IV package. But my status on USCIS still says that they received our response to RFE. So I assume the status doesn’t matter as long as you got the approval letter. Don’t worry. My case reached NVC after 6 weeks. Kept calling them every week.
