    There is one by the consulate.  she is called BOUSLAMTI Sanaa. very nice lady, the cost is 150DHs per document https://ma.usembassy.gov/visas/immigrant-visas/list-of-translators/

    It depends what you're using the passport for?! If you're using passport stamps to prove bona fida relationship then yes, by all means send copies of both passports.

    Send the new passport copies. Are you petitioner or beneficiary? They don't need expired passport.

    Please it is very important that you read the letter and follow the instructions that they send to you.  Go over the list they will tell you what you need to send. Be sure to send the info by a way of tracking the package.  Also be sure to send everything at once to include the pages on the AOS that don't apply to you. I only sent 9 pages instead of the 12 and that set me back by at least 60 days.  be sure to send everything and keep copies.
