Hello Family! First of, Congratz to all who got CC, to those who are still waiting please dont lose hope and keep on praying, same as those having checklist remember miracles do happen. Believe me on that it did happen on my case. Anyways, i just received the CC confirmation email from NVC. Still waiting for the interview schedule. And to those questioning, my case in the email upgraded to iR1 from cr1 since marriage is 2 years last april. But in the ceac it is still CR1 .. 

Case Complete friends, Yehhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 
I checked last night around 11:30 PM and didn't see "AT NVC". I Called the same time, 30 mins wait so just hung up. Went to bed frustrated and unhappy. Woke up this morning and saw AT NVC, oh man such a relief.
 
I'd like to thank from the bottom of my heart to each and everyone who helped me during this process. You guys are awesome. God bless you all!!

Regarding the attitude from the NVC. It's not right nor ethical. Especially when we see cases processed via CEAC upload and email getting CC's within a week of their scan date. 
 
As an American, I am embarrassed and frustrated with the entire process. I hope you get your cc soon. All we can do is hang in there a little longer.. Thanks to this forum, we can see we're not alone.. stay strong. 

NVC automatically changes it upon reviewv when they see that your marriage has been 2 years already .. I just really hope so coz 10 weeks but still nothing

I'm sorry you got ahold of such a ugly person. I don't see how someone can be so rude to someone they don't know. I think that's why I have refrained from calling. Last thing I need to do is release all my stress on the wrong person at the wrong time. Keep your head up don't let  that get you down. When it's all over that person and Thier meaness won't matter! ❤

Im even afraid that they lost my documents .. Yaay .. Can anyone please suggest me of what #s to press why some can be answered as to when your cases goes to review and please can i borrow your lines on how you talk to the reps .. How do you ask .. 😔😔 im really frustrated now .. So close but sooo sick of waiting .. 

1st rep said its under review and would take up to 11 weeks and there is nothing more she knows regardingvthe case.. While second rep said its not yet in the review depaetment.. Im just really unlucky in terms of talking to reps .. I guess i just really have to wait until i receive an email from nvc ..

I compared cases like you did and i got a clear answer from her stating that they process BY SCAN DATES, PER/ACCORDING TO (TAKE NOTE), VISA CLASS, FOREIGN CHARGEABILITY, EXPEDITED OR NOT, EMAIL/MAIL ..so they are rally organizing mails and emails, sHitaff ... Im tired of stressing over their ###.. Il be waiting until june 1 at 12 midnight est as she adviced. My case is in line for review but not yet touched .. Gadamn nvc! Im starting to lose patience and respect for them

Well that's great to hear! March 16 here! I didnt wanna call since this nvc thing is stressing me out so bad already . Im just waiting to receive an email from them or call on my 9th week mark. Hoping for everyone get CC sooooonest , not even a checklist or if its inevitable, could be brought to interview

20th scan date is under review already.. Hang tight 😘😘

Faith! Same here .. Feeling hopeful and keeping my faith that God's timing is perfect. We really dont know why things delay and make us be left behind, but everything has a reason, He has His own reason, that is His Will. Let's continue to pray instead . At times we may feel desperate because of being human, but let's keep our faith .. My son had his father on his side since he was 2 days old till his 3rd week, from then on until now dat he is 16 months old, we could only give him kisses and hug him through the tablet .. My kid always have tantrums trying to tluch his dad physically but he just cant.. That breaks my heart, seeing my son's reaction .. We wanted to be reunited soonest

It's really a waiting game! Nvc sucks! I got approved very fast from USCIS den reaching nvc, we are stuck .. All we can really do is pray and hope real hard 😔😔 rude nvc people, majority not all

Feeling more hopeful! Ghaaad if your scan date is march 20th and have been moved for review , then ours should be too .. March 16 here.. Please update us wd ur case.. When did you fill out ur ds 260? Thank you
