Hi, Just got an update on my case.  
 
We filled on march 27th. On October 4th, I sent a service request online. They answered on October 19th but I never received the answer so I called on earlier this week to request the answer but they told me they couldn't investigate before 30 days have passed. I called back this morning, she told me they were working on my case. Later today I got a notification and my Green Card is now in production. I am not sure if the Service Request and Calling helped but I am happy I did it. I like to think it helped speed up the process.

I don't know if they ''Needed'' it but they definitly used it. My husband was there with me and they made him fil a paper too. I went to a NY state  DMV. I hope it helps you.

Finally!!! After waiting for exactly 24 hours after my interview concluded with bated breath i get a text message saying your status updated and i see this on my status page!!!!
 
New Card Is Being Produced
On August 3, 2017, we ordered your new card for Receipt Number MSCXXXXXXXXX, and will mail it to the address you gave us. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.

Hello everyone, I've been quiet on the forums for several weeks in part to preserve my sanity through the long waiting, but I've been keeping up with everyone's progress through the weekly digest, so I thought I should also share my update.
 
I got a surprise text and email on Saturday telling me my EAD has been approved and a card was being mailed (it took 113 days). This was without any RFE/RFIE or expedite requests. No updates on AP or GC yet.

  I worked at McDonald's for 3 years and paid many bills with that job when I was your age (in Florida!).  It also taught me so much about life.  That is noble work.  Keep going.  University education is nice but not necessary.  I work for a fortune 100 company as a network engineer now.  I never graduated from college.

Day 111 and not a word   

oh wow, thats really unfortunate. I definitly have nothing to complain about!! I hope you get good news soon! Keep us updated!

I'm at 107 days, no RFE/RFIE and I haven't heard anything yet! 
 
I filed a second SR on Tuesday, but haven't gotten a response. 

FINALLY received an update today for EAD  card is being produced! OMG I'm so relieved and happy...... 

Happy to say we got our AP/EAD combo card in the mail yesterday...

Tuesday they texted it was being mailed. Thursday arrived...
You can call into USCIS to get a tracking number (they don't tell you the tracking number when they update you)
... now the wait for an Interview..

Yes, I am from buffalo, we talked the other day ! I think my case is being processed by NBC. I believe the time it takes buffalo office to process cases doesn't affect my case. I almost would rather have an interview at this point. By this time next month you will almost have your card in your hands. I think you applied 2 months after me so maybe I would have my card in hands right now  I decided not to be frustrated by the process anymore. I hate when I spend energy on negative things I have absolutely no control on. It just makes it worse. =)

Seriously, after like a few hours after I talked to a tier 2 officer I got an email saying my card (EAD) is in production. 

When I just came to terms with waiting. So when I read it I most admit I almost started crying. 
 
 

For anyone still waiting on their EAD especially. I just talked to an officer on the phone. Because of the amount of application they've been getting over the last two years, the process takes a little longer. If you do an SR and you get it's under review this means someone is (finally) working on your case. 
 
I think, but this is solely my opinion that we might need to ad an extra 30 days to the count so we don't keep panicking. So I'm going to (try to)be patient and wait until I hit that 120 mark and than I'll bug them again. Hopefully I won't have to. 
 
Hope everyone is going to have a great weekend who knows what next week will bring. I'm going to enjoy my stepdaughters 15th birthday!

I truly hope you get good news soon ! I don't even have as many days as you and it's getting really frustrating, I can't even imagine you!!!

Mini update: After not receiving an email on the completion of my service request and expecting a letter this week.... I checked my status this morning and my case status has changed to;
 
"New Card Is Being Produced"
