    you mentioned a FB group for the AOS stuff? Which site or group is that?

      Technically I think not required, but helpful for organizational purposes. Let me link a YouTube video I found helpful. This lady did a lot extra from what is required, but I loved what she did.

       

       

      she has a separate video for her AP and EAD she included, and while she went pretty above and beyond, I think what she did was very well done.

      Hi Wiz, 

       

      there are a few. There is a visa journey Facebook group but I honestly don't find it too helpful. The most helpful one I have found is "Visa Questions Answered K1/I-130". You have to be careful, like in any group you may encounter some rude people and I find that I have gotten rude comments in a few immigration groups. Cultural differences on the treatment of women and all that.

    Hi Track13, question did you go with DHL or Consule pick up for your visa?

      my fiancé interviewed on March 10 and got his visa by DHL march 15. 2 weeks if you get it sent to consulate. Hope you chose DHL unless you live in the area. 😬

      DHL. They sent it to his house within a few days. :) I've heard consulate takes a lot longer.
