Just received this in the mail... It's a bit odd, knowing that I sent the request back in November. 

I called them for this request on Nov 22st.

Next day I received requests for evidence with only one option to send it to them - over fax. I kept trying to send it on 24th, 25th, 26th and 27th but had no luck. Apparently top USCIS turn of their fax machines during holidays and vacation days (Black Friday).

Finally I were able to send requested evidence on Nov 28th. I waited till Dec 2nd and called the to inquire on the status of my request and I was told that I need to wait a little more. Called them back a week after - was told that I shouldn't expect an answer from them and if our case would  get expedited - they'll contact me within 2-3 weeks from the request date, if not -  I should expect that my case would get expedited. So yes.. in three weeks I gave up.

I'm guessing it either I somehow didn't prove them enough the hardness of our situation  (although I really too my time to thoroughly explain everything) or to be qualified you really need to have near death situation.

Can someone please explain the logic of visajourney document processing predictions?

Mine timeline screenshot is #1 followed by two other timelines I found on visajourney website. Why are their estimates sooner than mine if my Noa1 date is earlier?

I know that overall the date are screwed up due to USCIS running slow at the moment.. but still, there shouldn't be such dramatic differences between out timelines, right?

We sent it on November 11th via FedEx 2Day A.M. delivery only because it's a holiday- Veterans Day and all USPS offices were closed. I sent it using the company's account I work for which should make it way cheaper... just as cheap as USPS. We also didn't required signature for the delivery (I can only imagine how many packages the get and have to sign for - which is a headache). Currently package is set to be delivered on 11/15/16 morning delivery.. This is got, since I don't think there is much of a difference between delivering it on 11/14/16 afternoon or 11/15/16 morning.
