Got a mail saying that our case was moved from

Vermont to Potomac. 

Any EAC filers out there? Have you heard anything after Biometrics? I had my biometrics in May but silence since then. Thanks

I know it was asked before but I can’t find it.  So I did my biometrics on 5/16 but when I checked it on USCIS, it says INVALID. Do you guys know what website should I go to? Thank you 

Bioemtrics appt received yesterday. Going in on 5/16/2019.

I did. Received it after like 5 days when they received my packer. It’s been quiet since then. Has not received any biometrics letter. Getting a little worried since I read someone did biometrics today.

Received my NOA 18 months extension today!!! 

Sent my package on 4/2

Package received on 4/4

NOA received 4/10

Check cashed today! Now, waiting for NOA.

Yeey! I am anxious now. Mine was received 4/4 but I did not submit G1145. So check has not been cashed yet.

That's weird that yours is showing "available for pickup"...very weird. Did yours go to Phoenix or Dallas?

It’s Dallas. It is very weird. Hopefully someone will pick it up SOON

My packet arrived. I used USPS priority mail but when i tracked it, it said AVAILABLE FOR PICKUP. Not sure why it’s like this. Hopefully someone from USCIS picks it up QUICK. oh boy

Sending mine tomorrow!!! 

I am gathering papers now and will apply in January.

I just got approved today! Woohoo! So revieweing my copy of the medical, MD checked off Interferon instead of the TB skin test and cleared me for TB. So, maybe the IO reviewed it again and noticed that everything was good. Thank God!

You'll have to get tested for the TB cbpals. Then have the Civil Surgeon re-fill form and seal it. Make sure you look at the copy the Civil Surgeon gives you. Double check and make sure it meets the RFIE letter they gave you in the interview. Send the letter in. It takes about 2-6 weeks after them receiving your package to make a decision. They say 120 days. It took us about 4 weeks after this to get approved. 

Thank you! They did tests on me including TB but maybe the Civil surgeon missed it. I called his office but it was permanently closed since 3/14. Just my luck. The IO did not give me any RFIE letter during the interview. He just handed me a paper saying our case is for further review. He also told me to wait for further instructions. So I don't know what to do now. But I guess wait until they send me a letter on how to go about this. 

We had our interview yesterday. Officer said everything looked good but noticed that the civil surgeon forgot to fill out the Tb test. So IO gave us a paper saying that our case is for further review. Oh my goodness! This got me so mad. Now, I called the civil surgeon's office and they are permanently closed since 3/14. I don't know what to do. I'm so nervous right now. 

We had our AOS interview today. Everything went well except the officer noticed that the TB test on my I693 was not checked off by the civil surgeon. This got me so pissed. Because of that, our case is pending for further review. Has anyone experienced something like this? I called the civil surgeon's office and found out that they permanently closed on 3/14/17. Just my luck. 

We just had our interview but did not approve it on the spot as TB test on my medical is not checked off! Ugh! Do you guys have any idea how long this will take?
