Still waiting...
I have to postpone my vacation in Europe

I would definitely recommend infopass. Try to get some specific information what's status if your case in uscis computer system. Also ask to speak with immigration officer that's in possession of your file. I don't know if they will let you speak with him but maybe
-
Officer at infopass was different person that officer interviewing me. Officer helping me at infopass checked uscis computer system and my case status was "supervisor review"
-
I had infopass appointment today. I was told that my case status is "supervisor review" and that I need to wait haha.
The good thing was that the officer at infopass told me she will let supervisor know that I did inquire about status of my case. Not sure it that will help in any way

I had my interview at San Jose office on April 14, 2017. Still waiting for decision...
-
No, nothing new. As for today I didn't receive response letter for my service request that was sent to me on Monday. I have Infopass scheduled for upcoming Monday so I will try to talk with IO or if not helpful ask for supervision. Interesting is that at our interview we told officer we are planning to travel abroad in May and he said to come and get my passport stamped...

I submitted service request last week. They send me some answer and I'm expecting to get it tomorrow

Do you think I should send letter to local office and address it to immigration officer interviewing me?
-
That's really weird, I wonder what are they doing with our cases after interview. I was trying to find some way to contact the immigration office interviewing us but it looks like impossible
-
@ilovepho when was your interview?

@Diddy007 Did you get any updates?

Hi everyone
I want to ask for some advice. I had my AOS interview on April 14, 2017 in San Jose office. Everything went well. Officer was very friendly he started with asking for original of marriage certificate and birth certificate then went with yes/no questions. After that asked about how we meet and if we have some evidence of bona fide marriage. I gave him out lease agreement, joint tax return, joint bank account statement (covering 6 months), joint insurance cards, some of the pg&e bills and pictures of us with friends and family. He advised us about removing conditions in two years and said that he needs to review the file because he didn't do that before the interview. He said that decision will be mailed and if I need to travel I can come and get my passport stamped.
Now after 11 days my online status still says "Interview scheduled"
Please share with me how long did you wait for your case to be approved online after interview. -

Hello everyone
I created this thread for everyone who filed AOS from k1 visa and is or was stuck at "Fingerprint Fee Was Received" status.
I sent my AOS package at the end of August 2016, biometrics done in September 2016. My case status is " Fingerprint Fee Was Received" since August.
It's already almost 7 months and case is still at National Benefit Center.
I did Infopass appointment around 3 months ago and was told that background check was completed, so it looks like the case should been sent to local office. Please share any experience

I had my second AOS interview on May 1, 2018
It was easy follow up interview, we weren't separated. Just basic question like how we meet, what were we studying at that time and where are we working right now.
Approved the next day after interview.
